Work included photography session, website design, product/brand identity, logo creation, and book cover, set up of CRM (Hubspot).

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I received the deliverables as promised; website, CRM, branding kit, logo, and book cover (front only).

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

In my experience, Derik and Jon were the project creative geniuses. Derik is very insightful and intuitive in his work and has great focus and skill in managing projects. Jon is detail-oriented, both have high standards of operating, and they delivered on their promises. Responses were mostly timely, in spite of Derik going away on a pre-planned vacation for two weeks. 
Left in others' hands, things stalled a bit, and clear communication became a challenge. Some of the key website elements ended up needing correction and/or replacement by me after the agreement ended. I'd strongly recommend Savage Media; they will not disappoint.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I worked with Derik on a previous job. I knew he was a person of good character and was impressed when he decided to begin this venture. I knew that I wanted to work with him. He has grown his company, and I'm impressed with the body of work they've completed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Savage Media could have done differently?

They did a great job and I am pleased overall. It was a new experience for me, the client, and Savage Media, and we both learned, grew, and expanded our knowledge going forward. I think we both left the experience with new respect and appreciation.
