Softech were very understanding of the requirements needed to develop this app.They were very patient throughout the development stage and were always keeping me up to date on the smaller things that they didn’t understand. It’s a very complex application that was tricky to explain sometimes but with their experience and professionalism they were able to guide me to the better decisions. They developed the perfect dashboard design to make it simple for users to use. They continue to support me now that the app is live.

This is the first of its kind and it has had a great impact on the working dog industry already.there are many countries using the app already

I have met the team many times in London. To me, they are my partners and I hold them all in high regards. They are hard working and a small team which makes it more special when working as a whole. This incredible team work extremely hard on their projects like they have with my project over the past 2 years. I’m looking forward to visiting them Again in the new year to start on phase 2.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Satva Softech could have done differently?

There’s nothing I would do differently part from Travel to London more often to help design the future phases before the development stage as I found more is achieved when you’re there in the mix of it all.

I am the co-founder of an award winning marketplace, called UniTaskr, that connects businesses and households with thousands of university students, to get things done. What were your goals for this project?

Our initial goals where to launch the product in time for Freshers, which we were able to do. Our next goal was to reach 10,000 users which we also accomplished.

We searched online for developers and after speaking with Nitin from Satva on the phone, I went and met him at his office and was very happy with the professionalism and confidence. We compared them to other developers we had spoken to and decided to go with them for the project.

Satva's was build our apps, from following the prototype that my team had built. They were to build the marketplace, in-app messenger, Facebook integration, payments. They were to build it so we could launch on iOS, Android and also on desktop.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After 3 months we had reached 5,000 users and 6 months later we have got 12,000 users and had over £200,000 worth of jobs posted to the students.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They are also very quick to answer our requests, and if there are any bugs that need fixing, they often go above and beyond to work additional hours, and even weekends to help solve the issues.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their work ethic is amazing, they will often work weekends to meet deadlines and improve the quality of the app

What was the scope of their involvement?

SATVA Softech developed our app’s first and second versions. The team also created the wireframes and prototypes. Regarding features, the app had a Tinder-style swipe left and right to exchange clothes, a subscription function, an in-app messaging feature, and a function to save liked clothes. SATVA Softech also created a dashboard to track our impact and an explore page for pre-loved items. Moreover, the team provided maintenance, changes, and testing.

Designed and developed a swipe-based mobile app that:

• Lets users upload and showcase their pre-loved fashion items.
• Matches users through swipe left/right functionality.
• Facilitates swaps with integrated shipping workflow.

Someone referred SATVA Softech to me. I initially worked with them during a work experience week and had a good experience, so I decided to continue working with them.

We worked with SATVA Softech from July 2019–June 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SATVA Softech delivered a functioning app with all the requested features. The team also delivered onboarding screens that were aesthetically pleasing and had easy navigation. We had 450 registered users and over 750 pre-loved items listed on the app. Overall, we received positive feedback and constructive feedback on where functions needed tweaking or upgrading. The app had a great concept.

Project was split in 4 milestones with description of each milestone, and they were tracked during the development cycle and UAT was performed to accept as successful delivery of project. There are few measurable outcomes from the project to indicate success. e.g. Swipe-to-swap functionality with subscription options, app published on app store and play store.
