I am an Executive Director of Liquid Fusion Concept Ltd. The company is into the procurement and supply of oil and gas engineering equipment and services

For what projects/services did your company hire Sarge Clan Creations , and what were your goals?

Our company started since 2017 with the focus of providing exceptional procurement services for our clients in the Oil and gas sector. We hired Sarge clan for web design, copy writing, UI/UX, branding and graphic design. The job was done professionally within stipulated timelines and ever since we have recorded tremendous growth on our business, we have signed new partnership with OEM’s, we have experienced a turn around on our revenue as we now have an edge amongst our competitors.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We did a campaign for the best web developers in my city. After extensive reviews we chose Sarge clan because of their past records, professionalism and the quality of job they do.

We had a kick off meeting to develop our objectives and goals. Afterwards, the entire job was broken into different segments and for each segment there was a team lead. My team had daily meetings with Sarge Clan on every segment to fine tune the process, review the job already done. Each step was a learning process for my team because they discussed on global best practices and standards which was adopted for the job.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had several meetings with the COO, UI/UX manager, IT manager and other team members. I am sure the set of people were the management team and that was very impressive.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site we recorded tremendous growth both in terms of partnership with OEM’s, onboarded new clients and an all time high on our revenue.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Project management style was impeachable. They did extensive research to surpassed our expectations and opened our eyes to new area of interest. We adopted a WhatsApp chat group to drop messages and updates when necessary and we did series of zoom meeting.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a professional site, and in the process, my team learned new things and efficient ways of doing our job.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don’t see any gap on their operations and business model. They are spot on.

I’m the creative director of Akuabata, a manufacturing company. We produce handbags and other accessories for ladies.

We needed help with branding in order to get our name out there.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They rebranded my logo. They also gave me packaging ideas and mockup ads in case I wanted to create an ad. We have an ongoing partnership with them, and we’re going to keep in touch with them for something new.

We’re working with three people from Sarge Clan Creations, including their creative director, graphic designer, and admin.

I found Sarge Clan Creations on Instagram. After I got in contact with them, they sent me some of their work and I was impressed.

We’ve spent $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2019, and we continue to collaborate.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve shown me how to use my branding correctly and it has increased my sales and helped me target my audience effectively. Above all, they’ve been able to bring my ideas to life.

How did Sarge Clan Creations perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management process is good. Whenever I have complaints, the creative director is eager to satisfy them. On top of that, they often reach out to other members to make sure I’m pleased with their work. We communicate via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have good customer service skills. It’s very rare to find people that really pay attention to every detail.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They have a really easy process. I’m quite impressed with their service, but maybe they could still get things done in a shorter period of time.
