We hired SangFroid to recreate our website. We had an old site that had been created by developers many years ago. The site was clunky, difficult to update and outdated. SangFroid led us through the process and made the new site attractive, user friendly for users and for those making updates. Ongoing they are guiding us through updates, SEO and more.

SangFroid was highly recommended by a vendor that we use. The deciding factors included skill level, responsiveness and cost. SangFroid hit all of our requirements and more!

We had several planning meetings to determine the scope of work and responsibilities. We continued to have weekly meetings until the site launch. A framework was created that we all worked from to input content ideas, pictures, etc. We continue to work from that punch list to address new items. Our site is in WordPress and hosted by GoDaddy. SangFroid utilized current plugins to our site that make updating very easy. Ongoing we have monthly meeting to touch base.

We worked with two people from SangFroid. Both are highly technical and able to work all aspects of the site including interfaces with other systems, such as HubSpot.

Our site just launched about one month ago, so we haven't gathered enough data yet. But, from the first month, our users and page views have increased.

We had weekly meetings throughout the projects. They were very responsive via text, phone and email as well. This was during the pandemic, so we did all of our meetings through Teams.

No, I think the project went very well. We were all pleased with the outcome.

Our site now reflects our brand and product line. Our conversions for demo requests are much higher now.

SangFroidWebDesign.com was not an active contractor for this new client that were taking on and transitioning to our web services. However, we were provided with their contact information in case they had any information about these 'lost' digital assets.  If you know IT and website development, you are familiar with how the exiting firm can be not just reluctant, but can throw up blocks to helping the client move on.  SangFroid has moved on many years ago from this client, but my reaching out to them as more of a Hail Mary attempt to find out any information we could  

I reached out to them and was dazzled by how patient, informative, useful, and knowledgeable they were and -- most surprisingly -- willing to help in any way they could.  The communications from SF were quick, useful, and actionable.  

It's very RARE to see this kind of focus on a client.  Even a client they haven't serviced for probably 10 years and were not in a position to be remunerated for their time spent on trying to solve these issues. 

I highly recommend SF.  They are principled, generous, have great integrity, and most of all, are 100% customer focused...even when they have Zero to gain from time spent.
