We hired SangFroid to recreate our website. We had an old site that had been created by developers many years ago. The site was clunky, difficult to update and outdated. SangFroid led us through the process and made the new site attractive, user friendly for users and for those making updates. Ongoing they are guiding us through updates, SEO and more.

We had several planning meetings to determine the scope of work and responsibilities. We continued to have weekly meetings until the site launch. A framework was created that we all worked from to input content ideas, pictures, etc. We continue to work from that punch list to address new items. Our site is in WordPress and hosted by GoDaddy. SangFroid utilized current plugins to our site that make updating very easy. Ongoing we have monthly meeting to touch base.

We worked with two people from SangFroid. Both are highly technical and able to work all aspects of the site including interfaces with other systems, such as HubSpot.

Our site just launched about one month ago, so we haven't gathered enough data yet. But, from the first month, our users and page views have increased.

We had weekly meetings throughout the projects. They were very responsive via text, phone and email as well. This was during the pandemic, so we did all of our meetings through Teams.

No, I think the project went very well. We were all pleased with the outcome.

After our initial kick-off call, the SangFroid team developed a few page mockups to give us a sense of look and feel. We worked with two members of the team that were responsible for the mockups, development, deployment and SEO optimization.

Our site now reflects our brand and product line. Our conversions for demo requests are much higher now.
