SandDollar design was tasked to review multiple websites and provide insight and recommendations on what needs to fixed, amended, updated, or added in order to create a more seamless user experience. We required the following: 

• 3 Heuristic reviews (one for each website) 
• 1 Usability study on a university website for their studies site 
• 1 Competitive review on the competing universities locally and internationally

Some more UX recommendations could be great but the client was happy so actually not much necessary to improve

For what projects/services did your company hire Sand Dollar Design?

We have developed a financial literacy tool for our customers. Sand Dollar assisted in aligning the tool to our customer base and testing the WhatsApp version of the tool.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

On recommendation of our head of marketing and previous work done with Sand Dollar.

The team assisted in relooking all copy and training material and where necessary editing and making necessary adjustments. They then tested the tool with a group of customers and provided extensive feedback.

I am unsure of how many people worked on the project

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The WA tool is now ready to use and we will be soft launching in Jan 2023.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very effective. Sand Dollar kept to all timelines.

The understanding they had of our customer base and how they stuck to the timelines were impressive.

Our website and app had been very outdated, they were tasked to redesign our site, apply industry standard UI and UX principles in order to provide a world class experience to our customers across our web and app channels

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Various proposal were reviewed and based on previous relationship with our CIO, Sand Dollar was chosen to be the supplier.

After various sessions, they provided us with the design concept/ application which I was very impressed with. The project took longer than anticipated because I had rebranded the design of the business simultaneously. They were very patient with me and proposed new designs without complaints until we finally got an approved version. The scope included design, copy and testing.

I worked with mainly 2 resources - the CEO and the UX specialist

The overall design, copy and flow is a major improvement.
