Are there any areas for improvement or something San Interactive could have done differently? 
Overall, our experience with SAN Interactive was highly positive, and the project was executed at a very high standard.

If I had to suggest one area for potential enhancement, it would be allocating even more time at the very beginning of the process for strategic content alignment. While the outcome was excellent, additional early-stage workshops could further streamline decision-making and accelerate content finalization.

That said, the team was attentive, flexible, and fully committed to delivering the best possible result.
