High-performance companies large and small run their collections with Lockstep. I am working as a business development manager responsible for sales development.

We hired SalesAR to bring up more potential leads to our pipeline and grow our sales.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We tried 3 lead generation companies but decided to go further with SalesAR because of their professionalism and quality.

We decided to go with 1000 leads researched per month and asked to set up as many calls as possible with potential leads, who may require our software. SalesAR team manages to deliver a monthly quote, which allows us to load our sales manager with calls. We use mail outreach in addition to LinkedIn outreach.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The outreach is going very well with weekly calls scheduled. What is the most valuable is that we closed couple of opportunities and are having a huge amount of the hot ones in our sales funnel.

We were interested in getting list of marketing managers and owners from such industries as E-commerce, lead generation, and info products thought all English speaking countries. Our target prospects were small companies 10-50 employees but with the revenue of over 5 million USD. Our goal was to generate 4000 leads and convert them into sales.

We learned about SalesAR from Clutch.co. We called them and had a few meetings where guys explained their specifics and showed the cases of the similar companies as we are. Everything appeared to be very professional, which was what exactly we were after.

SalesAR researched leads according to our ideal client portrait, we approved them, and they immediately started the outreach. starting from the second week of intense work, we were receiving from 7 to 9 meetings per months.

We were working with the team of 7 people from SalesAR - account manager, SDR, two researches, head of SDR's, head of research, content writer.

SalesAR researched over 4000 leads for us and set up 33 calls with LPRs. All appointments showed up.

The work was super effective. Team was very fast to react and ping us while we were a bit busy with the business.

We appreciated how transparent was our cooperation, and how fast and engaged their team was.

In the first week, we received several interested responses, which eventually grew into meetings for us. We had very high 'open' and 'reply' rates. 3 calls per week which is a good result for sure!

They are very flexible and responsive. We received weekly reports that showed the progress and discussed the outcomes aiming at boosting the results.

Their approach is unique. I've never seen such care from a partner team about our business. They are really interested in our success.

SalesAR reached out to us and we listened to their proposal.

They're at the very top of our sales funnel. They identify leads through their own research methods based on a customer profile that we provide. We then review and approve each of those leads. Those leads are then imported into a workflow that they use to reach clients either with LinkedIn or Email campaigns.

What was the team composition?

I primarily communicated with an account manager but if needed we met with other SalesAR team, as well.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We provided to SalesAR team with the lists of companies that wanted to work with, and they involved the most experienced research managers from their side to find a decision makers from these companies. The project was launched on time, and the results, in the form of interested replies, were not long in coming. For three weeks of active mailings, we recived 11 leads for our Sales team. As a result for a month, their letters viewed 65% ​​of contacts from the database, and they are handle for us more than 7.5% of interested responses.

Communication was very good. The SaleAR team provide ongoing updates to us daily or weekly via a email or Telegram chat.We always had good communication between our team and theirs.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The SalesAR team was adaptable and willing to make whatever changes we needed to succeed.

None that I could think of.

After finishing the paperwork they have scheduled an Onboarding call where we've met the team. After setting up the mailboxes and approving the test leads they've lauched the campaign and started qualifying leads for us.

Marketing has gotten more difficult - especially after Covid. People don't respond to the ads as they did before. That's why a personal outreach that SAR offers is helpful

The SalesAR team has been in contact with us consistently, providing us with weekly reports on their performance and having weekly/bi-weekly calls with us, so I think the cooperation of both ends went successfully.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Probably the quality of the service itself was the most impressive thing. They've been monitoring the campaigns on a daily basis, providing us with suggestions about what can be done better/differently.

They are professionals in what they do. There is nothing really to improve on.
