I’m a ceramic artist at Ataraxia Pottery, a handmade pottery company.

What challenge were you trying to address with S2N Global?

We needed support to create a website to sell my pottery artwork.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

S2N Global developed my website, which included a gallery section where I can upload new products in different categories and update the titles and prices of new and old products. The team also created a section for upcoming products to keep the website vibrant and generate excitement and interest in new collections. Moreover, S2N Global handled the website’s account section by connecting my bank account to the website. The team also connected my email account to the cart section so I can get notifications of any purchases made on the website.

We worked together from September–November 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The team deployed the website three weeks ago and I have more than 6,000 views on the Facebook. Before the launch of the website only close friends and family knew about my pottery and artwork but now it is open for the public. I believe that customer engagement will grow with time since I am encouraged by the number of views in just three weeks. Moreover , we’ve received sales inquiries through the website since it launched. One customer is interested in buying an art piece and will come this week.

How did S2N Global perform from a project management standpoint?

S2N Global is a team of dedicated and enthusiastic workers. I had a very pleasant experience working with them. They patiently and professionally handle customers’ concerns, and customer’s satisfaction is their priority. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I loved their patience and flexibility since I made changes to the logo, fonts, color scheme, and descriptive sections many times. The team was always willing to make the changes as I suggested, until I was satisfied. Even after the deployment, they respond to me if I have any questions or concerns.
