The goal of this project was to redesign the our website to better reflect its evolved positioning, streamline the user experience for distinct product journeys (Paid Advertising), and drive lead generation with clear calls-to-action. 

We were looking for an intuitive, engaging, and SEO-optimised website, ensuring visitors are guided seamlessly through the sales journey.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the first 90 days after launch, the new site has delivered on every front: average session duration jumped from 2 min 15 sec to 3 min 12 sec (+42 %), branded-search click-through hit 6.6 % (+12 %), and the paid-advertising hub’s conversion rate rocketed from 1.6 % to 4.3 %—a 169 % lift.

Streamlined UX cut the average clicks to a primary CTA from seven to four (-43 %) and trimmed bounce on high-intent pages from 48 % to 34 % (-28 %).

On the SEO side, non-brand organic sessions rose 37 %

Operationally, migrating to HubSpot CMS means content can go live the same day—saving roughly 40 developer hours per month—and we’re already running five concurrent A/B tests, with the first variant adding an 11 % uptick in form conversions.

We have a fully developed jobs board. When put through code review the development team said it was one of the best examples of working with an independent agency that they'd seen.

We used Slack for communication, it worked very well. Mike was always available for a video call to discuss the details of the project.

Not only do they do work to a very high standard, but they also offer very reasonable rates.
