We hired Ruby Studio to design our new webpage one year ago. We then also hired them to make smaller updates and a big upgrade in June 2020. This upgrade included a subscription option on our webpage.

We had some meetings to discuss the design and the functions of our new webpage. Before any final decisions were made, we were sent a mock-up, which we had to either accept before any final changes were made. This same procedure were used for all projects made in collaboration with Ruby Studio.

We worked with Lasse as our contact person and as the creative director of the projects. We also worked with Mark who is in charge of the technical part of the project.

Visitors love our new design as it is easy to navigate.

They take their time to explain all the details. Also when it is something technical which may be hard to understand. The communication has been great.

We had some misunderstandings in regard to the price of some projects. It was just a misunderstanding in the communication that we hopefully will not experience again.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
The website is our most important online presence as i functions both as a b2c shop, but also a catalog for b2b clients to learn about products, ingredients and usage. The website performs great and does exactly that.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
It was without any hiccups at all. They did more than expected, and continued to deliver on things they didn't really have to, even months after the project was finished.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They are very strong on the design front, but definitely knows what they are doing on all aspects of website/shop development. Great communication - they really took time and listened to our needs and wishes.

Not any i can think of. We are pleased.

The next step was to prepare the solution in Wordpress. The vendor's team also assisted us to enter content to the new site.

Our contacts were two people. One responsible for technical aspects, and the other for project management and design-related askepts.
