I’m the owner of SMT Roofing Inc., a roofing company that has been operating for three years. I also do 75% of my own roofs.

What challenge were you trying to address with Royal Genix?

Royal Genix suggested doing digital marketing to expand our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Royal Genix provides digital marketing services. They manage our Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads. Royal Genix helps me organize customers and work out a deal where they get a percentage of the profits. We’ve also done door hangers and signs for the front lawn. After we’ve completed a project, we put a sign up with our information and numbers, which has also gotten us a lot of calls.

I only work with Benny.

How did you come to work with Royal Genix?

I met Benny through a friend years back. Royal Genix offered their services to me. They asked if I’d ever thought about doing anything online. I’m not the type of person to do something like that, and it’s out of my comfort zone. However, they offered me a fair price, so I decided to try it.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend $1,000 monthly. We've worked out a deal where I give them 10% of the profits of the jobs they close through marketing. We've spent around $10,000 overall.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve landed our own houses and created leads. The amount of leads has been overwhelming. We’ve had about 150–160 leads from the digital marketing efforts. That doesn’t count the phone calls I get personally. Royal Genix also deals with a lot of the calls from the signs and word of mouth.

When we do a good job, word of mouth spreads. I give Royal Genix credit for that. The leads could go up to 300. In a few of our reviews, their name has been mentioned specifically. Customers have said that Benny has been great to deal with and super patient with their needs.

How did Royal Genix perform from a project management standpoint?

They go above and beyond for me. Benny guides me and helps my company grow exponentially. He’s super communicative and takes a lot of stress off my back. I also run a second and third company, so I’m a really busy guy. I honestly couldn’t do it without him.

His organization is incredible. With the amount of jobs and leads that we have, he knows all the addresses, phone numbers, and materials. Everything is just so organized. I have too much on my brain, and without him, I don’t think I could do this.

Regular communication is through phone calls. For documents and contracts, we use email. If I need him, I can call or text him, and he’ll answer. I’ve never had a problem getting a hold of him.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed by how much pride Benny takes in his work. He really wants his customers to do good. He’s dedicated to making our company grow and getting me out of my comfort zone. He’s been absolutely fantastic.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have a negative thing to say. He’s doing more than a marketer should do for my company.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Put faith in Royal Genix. They're hard workers and very dedicated to the outcome of what they're doing. They put their heart into it. Benny is a man of his word. If he says he’s going to do something, he does it.

What challenge were you trying to address with Royal Genix?

We had problems with lead generation.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Royal Genix provides us with email marketing and lead generation services. We've started by buying mailboxes and doing the DFSR SPC settings. I've provided them with the ICPs I've had in mind, and they've taken it from there and provided weekly reports.
They've also created templates, written the emails' copy, including automation, and helped me with one ad copy.
First they showed me what they would use and how; once they got my permission and talked about my intellectual property, they've managed them for me.

What is the team composition?

I've mainly worked with Benny, the founder. He also has someone who helps him, but I'm not familiar with that teammate.

How did you come to work with Royal Genix?

I found them on a community in Quora and told them to come into Clutch. Benny was helpful and gave me tips on email marketing, and that's how we met. We were getting static services, which weren't flexible, so we did a little research and came up with them. We tried to do email marketing on our side, but we reduced the deliverability of our mailboxes. 
I explained the situation to them, and they explained what could be done and the prices. They were flexible with pricing, and we came to an agreement and started working with them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent around $6,000–$7,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've generated around $25,000 a month and closed a couple of sales. We didn't have an email plan, and they've created a 24/7 system. Regarding ROI, we've made around $19,000 from the $7,000 spent.

How did Royal Genix perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re on a budget and even under it. They’re flexible, understand my needs, and address them during meetings. We use Trello to buy the domain, bill, and get reports. We also use WhatsApp and phone calls. We have biweekly meetings on Google Meet when I have a question or need to show a report.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re on point. If there’s anything they can do, they'll do it. They're looking to partner up; they're also on point with cost over satisfaction. They provide value whenever they can, which is the most impressive thing about them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I'm happy with the results, the timing, and the pricing. I don't have any complaints because I didn't have a system before I met them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Provide the necessary documents and be clear on what you expect. If you can sort those two, you’ll get what you want.
