We are developing application in the AWS Cloud and I am working in the HR department.

For what projects/services did your company hire ROXX Media?

We had a 2-day online conference upcoming. The conference was fully virtually and we wanted to have an awesome design which is functioning as the branding of the whole conference throughout Marketing, platform, streaming etc.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for a design agency that could deliver an outstanding design that has recognition value, is innovative, creative and modern.

We contacted Roxx initially. After that contact, we scheduled a first Intro Call where we discussed our needs and expectations. We agreed on a first draft design so we could have a sneak peek of their work.

Afterwards, after we agreed to collaborate we had an initial plan of asset delivery with time steps when specific assets would be needed. Even though we changed the requirements during that period and also had a few additional requirements, Roxx was always very flexible and also delivered the assets always in very good quality and very fast.

In total we worked with the two owners and 3 people from the team.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

straight after approval, we switched the communication to their internal communication/ project tool. It was very easy to communicate within this tool, get a good overview of the current progress and also exchange adjustments.

Communication was super easy, very fast, very flexible and always right in time. Even when we asked for one video asset very spontaneously and short in time, they delivered great results in a very short amount of time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

very easy communication, super friendly team, creative and very flexible. It was fun working together!

ROXX helps us with building functional websites for our clients. Our main goal was to rebuild the website, improve the visual layer and increase sales by optimizing conversion.

ROXX is one of the leading agencies in our city, they have an excellent portfolio and are characterized by quick implementation and high-level contact.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The project consisted of undertaking SEO activities for a well-known and recognizable brand in the country. The activities required building a new online store, which was helped by the ROXX company. We used the proven PrestaShop solution, which we put from scratch on a dedicated UX functional project and UI graphics, and then optimized everything for future SEO strategy.

How many people from the ROXX Media team worked with you, and what were their positions?

4 people from the ROXX team were at our disposal. UX designer, graphic designer and 2 full-stack developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within a few months, we have rebuilt the store from scratch and implemented measures that will increase sales from month to month.

We worked in close communication in weekly sprints.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The design experience was the main feature and communication with the team at a very good level. Their team's flexibility of programming solutions was easy to change and optimize throughout the workflow.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything was very good, we could only get the project a little faster, but this is just about Covid-19.
