If someone is unavailable, they immediately assign another team member so we never have downtime. Beyond that, they don’t just stop when daily tasks are done, they keep refining lower-priority items and actively suggest improvements to better the system. We regularly discuss enhancements, and I truly wouldn’t consider anyone else.
