Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The branding part covered the logo and its variants, a colour and typography system, and guidelines we still use today. From there they moved into the website. Design was done in Figma first, we went through a few rounds of feedback, then they built and launched it. They also prepared the assets we needed outside the site, so our sales deck and social channels stayed consistent with the brand. Key deliverables were the logo package, the full brand system with guidelines, the website design in Figma, and the finished live website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website is now our main sales asset. We send it before every first call, and prospects arrive already treating us as a serious company rather than a new studio. That shift is the clearest outcome for us. The brand system holds up everywhere we put it. Website, sales deck, LinkedIn, product interfaces. We have not had to redo, patch or work around any part of it since launch, which at our stage saves both money and a lot of internal debate. Everything was delivered on the agreed timeline, and the site went live without a single round of post-launch fixes.

Well organised and predictable. Deadlines held, feedback rounds came back quickly, and nothing got lost between people. What made the biggest difference is that we talked directly to the person doing the work. No account manager translating our feedback into a ticket and losing half of it on the way. When we changed our minds mid-process, and we did a few times, they reworked it without turning it into a negotiation.

They have an actual point of view on design. They pushed back on several of our ideas and were right every time. We ended up with a brand, not an order fulfilled.

The project covered ongoing design, development, and maintenance support for Adwisely’s core web assets and product prototype. Romaniuke Web Studio helped us keep our marketing website, Help Center, and blog stable, up to date, and aligned with our brand and business needs. The key deliverables included website updates and improvements, new and updated landing pages, technical maintenance, content and layout updates for the Help Center and blog, and support with visual consistency across our online properties. The team also maintained our Figma app prototype, keeping product screens, user flows, and design assets organized and aligned with ongoing product changes.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Romaniuke Web Studio helped us maintain all key Adwisely web assets and the Figma app prototype on an ongoing basis. This allowed our team to focus on growing the business and developing the product, while their team reliably handled routine website, content, and design maintenance.

One area for improvement would be deeper experience with native Shopify app development. Their team performed well on website, frontend, and Figma-related tasks, but app-level changes required more specialized Shopify product-development expertise.

After a failed start with another provider,  we engaged Romanuke to completely redesign our WordPress website, including everything from ux/ui to seo optimization. As we continue to deploy new products and services,  Romanuke has assisted us with incorporating the corresponding pages, content, and additional functionality needed to support those initiatives.

Our new site exceeded our expectations as does their ongoing support. From aesthetics to functionality,  our site finally feels like it matches our brand. The individuals from Romanuke who have supported our project to date have been exceptionally easy to work with and regularly support us after their business hours. Traffic to our site has increased and we have recieved multiple compliments from visitors.

The amount of unexpected value is always something we look for in services engagements. We assume a vendor will do what they say they will,  but it is what and how they deliver beyond the service levels that moves an organization from a vendor to a partner for us.  Romanuke is truly a valued partner. They have routinely gone above and beyond what they are obligated to do,  and so have become an extension of our team.

The vast majority of areas we found to be lacking in this engagement have come from issues internal to our organization or from other third- party vendors.
