Having furnished Roipublic with the requisite Google AdWords access and background information, our marketing team initiated the PPC Audit process. Following this, there was some back-and-forth communication, but overall, Roipublic streamlined the process, making it simple and hands-off, ensuring a smooth progression from start to finish.

Upon receiving the PPC Audit from Roipublic, our internal discussions led to the decision to engage their services starting in January 2022. The plan is to have them implement all recommended changes/optimizations outlined in the PPC Audit and oversee the management of our Google AdWords account for a duration of six months.

Our Google Ads and Yandex Ads digital advertising campaigns were taken over by Roipublic. Their group focuses on compensated work. While their team uses a Google Ads account to assess campaign results, I track ad performance using Google Analytics. Although they provided their own data, we always monitor campaigns using our own resources. Still, their staff critiques their attempts. They are currently updating our website.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I pay close attention to analytics data, and the improvements in our advertising performance are striking. We received between 100 and 150 leads from our website in a matter of weeks. This month, 300 are anticipated. With the same ad expenditure, their team at least increased the number of leads we get from digital advertising. Their team has performed admirably.

Weekly phone or Google Hangouts sessions are held. Additionally, we have monthly in-person sessions when Roipublic visits us. Their staff offers updates while we trade ideas. Our main metric is cost/conversion and contiously we see it's getting cheaper. Despite the increase in competition our costs are decreasing.

We are having performance meeting once a week. But apart from this they are very reachable via whatsapp, e-mail, skype etc. ( even agency owner) any time we need them, and they respond very quickly.
