ROI Minds was hired to manage all of the PPC campaigns for an online shop. The client's goal was to establish a strong brand.

Feedback summary:

Overall, it was an unsuccessful project. Despite having a good initial plan, ROI Minds lacked the necessary knowledge and expertise to deliver what's needed. As a result, they inevitably failed to follow through on their promises, leaving the client very unsatisfied with the collaboration.

I had an online shop and wanted ROI Minds to take care of all the PPC marketing. I have 10 years of professional experience as an SEO and SEA manager. Because i don't have time for the marketing i wanted to hire a premium agency to do it.

Unfortunately, I fell for the many false promises made by ROI Minds.

We had done a good plan, but ROI Minds failed and failed completely.

Only one Sandeep has ever written to me, probably a fresh trainee who doesn't understand marketing

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I was a ROI Minds customer for a month. It's the worst agency I've ever seen. They don't know how PPC marketing works. They should advertise my new website. They burned hundreds of dollars in budget and didn't even have Google Ads tracking installed. I wanted to spend $ 3,000. But they spent under 500 Dollar and didn't optimize the campaign. I had to wait 4 weeks for an offer to increase the CVR and ask several times.

They have not created a Google Search Ads campaign, although I have requested it several times. I had to pay 750 dollars to ROI Minds and they just started a shopping campaign with no tracking and no optimization. Because of ROI Minds, my Merchant Center has been blocked. They can't even do the simplest things. These are amateurs in marketing and certainly not a premium agency.

They always answer but don't work

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They couldn't do what I asked for, and I regret the cooperation.

They should do their job and hire people who know how online marketing works. Don't get customers from ROI Minds!

we searched online for digital marketing agencies and shortlisted 2 to 3. After discussing them, we choose ROI based on their experience and cost estimate.

First we went through a discovery phase, in which we share our product details and go through our goals for the campaign. They then created a 2-part digital strategy focusing on our budget, location and our past record.

Using ROI team for social media work, posting, engaging with followers new and old and looking to grow the audience. Additionally, now running social media adverts to boost followers and onwards to sending traffic to website to gain sales.

Overall good, main thing is having good communication from us, so that ROI understand our expectations.

Could be more suggestive with ideas for the social media work/posts, however overall happy.

However so far the advertising work that is starting seems to have a solid plan and reasoning to the steps that will be taken to grow the business and ultimately gain sales via our own website.
