Deliverables were to provide a home page, events page and various sub-pages to act as a wrap around to a website that could take multiple complex accommodation and travel bookings, including accommodation only, travel packages and stand alone products that fall outside of business as usual bookings.

The company owner Ryan, who led the project and got to know the brand, staff and company in order to fulfill the project. Operating in a niche industry it was a breath of fresh air to find an open minded agency owner who was keen to help a business grow. 
Ryan ensured that we received the best service and delivery - and was so flexible in the way he worked on our project. It did not matter what we threw at Ryan and rocket SaaS - they just listened and executed time after time. These days you don’t often get to have lunch with the agency ceo but with Rocket SaaS you probably will because they deliver on promises !

The scope of work commenced with support on our strategic positioning and GTM plan to help us stand out in a competitive market. As a small, in-house marketing function, we also required support with undertaking the channel and content activations to enact that marketing plan.

Rocket SaaS therefore supported on a varied scope of deliverables, namely strategy, paid search (Google and Bing), content production (web copy, SEO, blogs), and CRO (HubSpot and Wordpress).

Paid search cost per lead, SQL and conversion are key success metrics for us. Rocket SaaS consistently helped us decrease these costs MoM while increase the generation of quality leads.

The team's project management was exemplary. Becky, Melissa and Jess were prompt, communicative and always delivered tasks in Asana on time.

I've worked with many marketing agencies in the past, and the Rocket team were by far the most organised and professional I have worked with.

The goalposts shifted numerous times in our time working with Rocket. While it was frustrating at times, the Rocket team were always understanding, and prepared to tweak strategy or campaign activations when we needed them to. I was impressed with their tenacity and ability to offer cogent solutions when circumstances changed on our side.

Internal proofing processes fell down a couple of times so we were left with broken workflows in HubSpot, but they were rectified promptly. These processes could do with some tightening up, perhaps.

We needed support to optimise our website, the landing pages weren't converting. Our Advertising was broad and not delivering.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rocket SaaS optimized Aslan.io website’s landing pages, CTAs and redesigned the resources page. The team developed the top-of-funnel scorecards and tests that drive engagement. Rocket SaaS has created various advertising campaigns and advised us on the best spending strategies.Moreover, Rocket SaaS has worked extensively on interactive content, calculators, and scorecards. The team hasdeveloped user journeys, outputs, and email workflows from raw content on Excel sheets, and Rocket SaaS has done the rest.
