### LIV Mirvac: 15.9X ROI via Digital Strategy
Mirvac’s LIV Indigo in Sydney Olympic Park is Australia’s first large-scale development based on the build-to-rent housing model. 
Mirvac’s LIV was a brand-new concept. It wasn’t possible to undertake a market review, learn from competitors or review past performance. Our objective was to help LIV sign X number of leases per month from August 2020 onwards, when LIV opened its doors to tenants.
Traditionally, property marketing in Australia has relied heavily on outdoor and traditional marketing channels. Bravely Rocket suggested a digital-first strategy to the launch. Outdoor, cinema, flyers and back-of-bus would be reduced to less than 10% of marketing spend and 90% of budget put into digital; Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, YouTube, Google Search and Spotify Radio.
LIV was a fresh new brand, and therefore, all direct and organic traffic – and conversions – have been a direct result of our awareness and lead generation strategies.
LIV acquired a 720% increase in conversions month-on-month by the third stage of the campaign.
The CVR for the campaign across channels was sitting at 2.37%, 2X better than the industry average.
Occupancy at LIV is now higher than expected even of the hardest stretch target.


### Plus Fitness: Dominates Search for 200+ Gyms
Plus Fitness is one of the largest Australian-owned gym chains with 200+ local clubs. Plus Fitness had to quickly gain traction on digital platforms, given the competitive nature of their industry. Their main goals with their digital marketing campaigns was to increase membership sign-ups and boost brand awareness.
We introduced a robust remarketing strategy using channels like Facebook and Google Display network. As the campaigns progressed, we expanded the channels to include SEO with a sharp focus on improving local listing rankings for all locations.
Rocket supported all Plus Fitness marketing campaigns with compelling creative that's used across channels. We produced videos, web banners, Facebook posts, copy, landing pages and more to drive conversions. 
Membership sign-ups from digital were up by 22% YoY with just a 5% increase in media budget.
We were ranking #1 in the local pack for gym Sydney ..that’s huge. A keyword that has over 3,600 searches per month.


### 4Cabling: +73% eCommerce ROI from Google Ads
4Cabling is Australia's leading direct-to-consumer manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer of cabling, server racks and IT management accessories.
After 13 years of consistent results, 4Cabling faced diminishing returns from it's Google Ads - a channel on which the business relied on for much of it's revenue. They approached Rocket to review their digital strategy, optimise their Google Ads account and deliver better marketing results.
Rocket kicked off the engagement with a thorough audit of the entire 4Cabling Google Ads account. We deployed a range of best practice tactics, worked with 4Cabling to remove product errors, advised on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) website changes, updated messaging, recommended offers and automated Google bidding solutions to best serve Ads to 4Cablings' customers.
Within three months since we started the rebuild, 4Cabling's revenue increased by 85% vs the previous period. To achieve this we spent 7% more, meaning an increase on ROI of 73%.
Year on year, 4Cabling increased it's revenue by 42% with a 10% decrease in spend and a resulting ROI improvement of 57%.


### Aurrum Kids: Launch in Melbourne Lockdown
In the midst of the pandemic, Aurrum Kids made the bold move to launch childcare centres in Mornington and Ballart regions of Melbourne.
As a new brand, their objectives were clear:
Generate a high level of brand awareness among the local target market
Drive 50+ enquiries MoM 6 months before opening day
Solution:
Rocket recommended a multichannel marketing approach using Google Display, Google Search, SEO, and Paid Social to achieve targets. Diverse assets with the aforementioned CTAs were promoted across Instagram and Facebook newsfeeds, carousels, Marketplace, and Stories for optimal reach and engagement. Additionally, two unique campaign landing pages for both centres were developed – Mornington and Ballarat.
Results:
Branded Search drove ~100 enquiries at low CPAs, for a brand that didn't exist 12 months ago.
Aurrum Kids dominated non-branded search in Mornington. We were ranking number 1 in for “childcare mornington” a keyword which has over 100 searches p/m.
We achieved over 1.5 million ad impressions, introducing Aurrum Kids to over 9,000 new site users in a matter of months.


### Jamesons: New Creative Drives 58% More Leads YoY
Rocket was entrusted to launch and test new creative and messaging for Jamesons. As a part of this campaign, we wanted to test paid social as a top-of-funnel marketing channel. The goal of the refreshed ad campaigns was to increase brand awareness within their target market and eventually build a pool of warm audiences that would ‘request a quote’ for their strata management services.
Rocket launched the top-of-funnel campaign with two core concepts using data-driven insights from A/B testing creatives in the market. 
Concept #1: It’s about… - intended to pull the heartstrings of audiences.  
Concept #2: J is for Jamesons - This animation aimed to take audiences on a journey, drawing connections between moving into a new home and signing on a strata management company.
Results:
The new creative and channel selection unlocked brand new audiences, driving 58% additional leads to Jamesons YoY in ~6 months it was launched. 
With 110,000+ impressions, the prospecting audience was highly engaged with the content, with Meta prospecting campaigns delivering an average CTR of 2.08%, 2x better than the industry average of 0.9%.


### Rezdy: Full-Funnel Digital Campaign
Tour and activity operators can struggle with booking management – think double bookings, endless phone calls and multiple systems. Rocket was tasked to drastically increase the number of trial sign-ups, to consistently and continuously nurture Rezdy's sales cycle for them to step into growth as never before.
Rocket was given full accountability over the digital marketing strategy, messaging, asset selection and budget allocation. Our strategy included a performance tracking and measurement framework to build a strong feedback loop process, providing insights into performance by channel, geolocations, ad type and more.
The results from the campaigns surpassed any and every target set by Rezdy within months of engaging with Rocket!
Awareness: 135% increase in new users from Paid sources (excluding organic, direct and referral traffic).
Acquisition: 616% increase in Supplier Signups through paid sources with only 76% increase in media spend.
Efficiency: 83% reduction of Cost Per Acquisition & 598% increase in conversion rate for paid sources.
Adoption: 177% increase in-app self-purchase rate during the software trial period since launch.


### SSH: Raised $1.4M in Funds using Digital Ads
Stepping Stone House (SSH) is a not-for-profit organisation with a mission to provide a safe plan for children and young people at risk/experiencing homelessness. They engaged Rocket in a short-term project to help drive registrations and funds to their annual fundraising event 'Sleep Under the Stars'.
Rocket helped SSH deliver on two core objectives:
Scale and optimise their Google Ads Grants Account to increase primary conversions by 50% within 6 months. 
Drive 80+ registrations using a tight media budget for SSH's annual fundraiser 'Sleep Under the Stars' in less than 6 weeks and assist in fundraising $1.2M.
The approach for both objectives was distinct:
Brand Awareness Campaign via Google Ads Grant Account: Google Ads account audit, keyword research, tracking and optimisation. 
Driving Registrations and Funds for ‘Sleep Under The Stars’: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Google Search were all deployed to target users across the funnel.
Results:
The Google Ads brand awareness campaigns delivered conversions 34.6% above target within the 6-month period.
Registrations for 'Sleep Under the Stars' were 67% above the target.
Most importantly, the SSH was able to raise $1,407,264 in donations, that's 17.27% above their initial target.


### Pooled Energy: Building Brand Awareness via Video
Pooled Energy has developed a state-of-the-art pool automation system that helps to reduce pool energy consumption by as much as 60%. The main challenge with marketing Pooled Energy was that the product is so unique that pool owners were completely unaware of its existence.
Rocket proposed an aggressive YouTube awareness campaign named “Chemical Soup”, which captured a family Dad as the hero going through the challenges of preparing a swimming pool for summer. The campaign included the main “Chemical Soup” video, six short non-skippable placements, and two bumper ads.
The creative concept needed to position Pooled Energy as the choice for pool owners providing a solution that hit on three pillars; saves pool energy, chemicals, and time.
The campaign alone received 1.7 million impressions from those who were an ideal fit for Pooled Energy, and generated a 133% increase in branded search.
The campaign also resulted in a 31% increase in new users to the Pooled Energy website as a direct result of our top-of-funnel marketing.


### UpGuard: 372% Increase In Leads Within 90 Days
Rocket was challenged to improve the performance of digital marketing channels while scaling up the campaign to deliver on core metrics within 90 days. Rocket were tasked to double the number of leads, maintain or reduce the Cost per Lead and maintain the Conversion rate from the campaigns.
Rocket's launched into a 5-fold data-driven strategy for Upguard, focussed on growth:
Discovery Workshop: Learn about their business, buyer personas and marketing approach.
Competitor Analysis: Generate insights and identify markets with more opportunities to scale the campaigns.
Google Ads Account Audit: Reviewed the account structure, campaigns, targeting, and tactics implemented historically for the account.
Channel Expansion Review: Evaluated the need/budget to expand the campaign to other channels.
Tracking, Optimisation and Evaluation: Reviewed, evaluated, and added additional tracking on the account and rolled out a weekly optimisation plan.
Since we implemented this campaign UpGuard had seen a 372% increase in conversions while spending 71.35% more media budget. Within 90 days of our engagement:
Leads were up by 372%
Cost per lead was down by 63%
The conversion rate was up by 11.7%

### The Plant Man: Bigger B2B deals with PPC & SEO
Rocket was challenged to re-review The Plant Man's digital strategy end-to-end and deliver a robust plan that could deliver genuine leads via Google Ads and SEO within budget.
Our engagement included:
Brand Refresh & Website CRO: We recommended a brand refresh and CRO update as initial projects to uplift the look and feel of the business.
Google Search Ads: Our Paid Media specialists restructured The Plant Man's entire ads account to include brand, generic and competitor Search campaigns.
Google Display Ads: We launched fresh display ads to the remarketing pool and also targeted competitor website visitors.
SEO: This flowed nicely from the CRO project completed and focussed on content audits and improvements, technical audits and website fixes, and lastly, internal linking.
Results:
The Plant Man closes one deal for every 10 leads that are generated through the website.
New users on the site went up by about 30% YoY while website conversions went up by about 20% YoY.
The Google Ads campaigns has delivered quality leads with a 23% lower CPC year on year.
In terms of SEO, The Plant Man has seen a 33%+ increase in organic traffic YoY with 36%+ increase in conversions.
