Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Robust Devs is working with us on the development of three core products: a learning management system, an esports tournament platform and an application.
The scope includes an LMS to support the delivery and management of our esports education programmes, a tournament platform to support the organisation and management of competitions, and an application to support our wider digital offering. The engagement is ongoing, so these represent the main areas of development rather than a completed handover of all deliverables.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project is ongoing, and we do not yet have formal metrics to report. Our focus at this stage is on developing the LMS, tournament platform and application. We will be better placed to assess measurable outcomes as these products are completed and used.

Timelines have sometimes shifted during development, but communication has been clear. The team is willing to have honest conversations about challenges and discuss our needs openly. We appreciate their approachability and willingness to work through difficult issues with us as the project continues.

They were great at understanding my project and what I wanted!

I wanted them to create a custom Shopify store with a premium theme and some custom features which they did within one and a half month. The communication was professional and they were expert and swift to understand what I required which most of the other agencies I contacted couldn't.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Custom features were added smoothly.
• The premium theme did fit my specific needs.
• There were a few bugs in the custom code.
• The website loads quickly.
• Works well on all devices and browsers.
• Easy to manage for someone like me who isn't a tech savvy.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They were very swift with responding, even in non-work hours, which was appreciated. Regarding timing, as I mentioned before, the project delivery time was 1 and a half months and they consistently met deadlines, ensuring all deliverables were on time. They were attentive to my needs, making adjustments promptly and effectively whenever I requested changes. Their project management was efficient and communicative, keeping me informed throughout the entire process.
