Welona Clinic is an aesthetic healthcare business that has been operating for the past 8 years. Founded in 2018, Welona specialises in skin, hair, laser and aesthetic treatments. Today, we have grown into a multi-branch clinic with three centres across Chennai — Adyar, Anna Nagar and T. Nagar.

Welona engaged Robral Technology for the end-to-end development of its digital platform.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For several years, Welona Clinic had been using an older software system that was time-consuming and inefficient, particularly for billing, customer follow-ups and day-to-day operational activities.

We approached Robral Technology to develop a new, more efficient software solution tailored to our specific requirements. They handled the project end-to-end, including the development of a customer web platform, customer mobile application and employee mobile application.

What impressed us most was their ability to understand our business requirements clearly and translate them into a practical and user-friendly system. The entire development process was handled professionally, and the project was completed in less time than we had originally expected.

After implementing the new system, our overall workflow has become significantly faster and more efficient. Many processes that previously required considerable manual effort are now streamlined and automated.
