Initially we ordered 15 marketing creatives, however the scope of work changed mid-contract, where we requested creatives of greater complexity than initially agreed upon. ROAS.Pro were able to adjust quickly and accommodate our requirements. The quality of the output was great despite the budget restrictions and limited access to assets in the beginning of the project. In the end the output was a total of 12 creatives.

The creatives they produced were able to support our marketing campaigns despite the fact, that ROAS.Pro were tasked with producing the creatives WITHOUT using elements or assets that have been driving the success of our creatives.

Since no strict deadlines were determined, I will not comment on the punctuality. All of our feedback was accommodated, and we were satisfied with their responsiveness.

At times, the logical sequence of the scenes in the videos were a lacking a little and needed, what felt like, feedback that could be avoided.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

ROAS.pro’s work has been very good, and we haven’t had any problems throughout the engagement. Their videos have met our expectations. We’ve been using these videos on Facebook.

We hired ROAS.pro because we wanted to focus on a special creative. We brought them in for advertising services and were looking to create advertising videos for our games.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started with a discussion about our needs. We wanted to test two games and needed special advertising videos to post on Facebook. We decided to let ROAS.pro supply the creative proposal and provided them with information about our games. After that, they created a video draft for us; we gave them feedback, and they implemented those changes. The videos are 2.5D and have been created from scratch. 

We are currently testing the ads from ROAS.pro.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We are still testing the campaign, so we don’t have any concrete metrics yet. However, we have had a high user engagement rate and hope this will result in conversions. The ads are appealing, and we think that ROAS.pro provides high-quality work.

ROAS.pro delivers on time and within budget. We communicate via email and video calls.

Based on what we gave them, we’ve been impressed with their capabilities and ability to deliver. They are extremely creative and can take minimal material and turn it into something impressive. ROAS.pro delivers high-quality work quickly.

We wish they had differentiated some of our options a bit more. We also think they could continue to work on understanding the user perspective from the marketing side.

Give them the artistic freedom to create great work. They’ll take a lot from the documentation you provide and will do a great job. Don’t be afraid to provide them with feedback and give your input.

I'm the head of product at an IT company. We've developed an application available globally, providing connectivity and entertainment to digital nomads.

What challenges were you trying to address with ROAS.pro?

We have multiple offices, including one in Ukraine. To support our team members creatively, we enlisted the help of ROAS.pro.

Our goal was to create a satirical animation that explains what's going on in Ukraine and the history of the conflict, so our app's audience could understand the conflict in depth.                                                    

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

It's a full-cycle development project. Initially, we looked at very well-known satirical animation references. To guide the project's direction, ROAS.pro created a mood board using images and character styles based on our input. 

We've collaborated on a few animation styles, ultimately selecting one to move forward with. The team also sources voice artists, and then we give our approval.

They work on the animation at their location and record the voiceovers at the studios they collaborate with. They take care of everything. 

We extended their services and asked them to produce another promo video. The satirical animation project is ongoing, and we now have four episodes. We initially agreed on 12 episodes, and depending on the success, we want to extend it. 

What was the team composition? 

Usually, we communicate with 1–2 project leads, but I'm unsure of the exact number of people involved. Bogdan (Spine 2D animation & Motion Designer) is our primary project lead.

We found ROAS.pro on Upwork.

How much have you invested in them?

We've spent between $15,000–$20,000. 

What is the status of this engagement? 

We started working with them in January 2023, and it's an ongoing collaboration.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The animations are already live in our mobile applications, and we're getting excellent results in terms of views. We have seen that 96% of the viewers watch the episodes until the end. 

We are currently working on setting up Facebook and Google ads to increase the number of visitors to the videos and evaluate their performance.

How did they perform in terms of project management?

We agreed on the budget and the weekly milestones. We then organized a weekly Zoom call to review the assets, the deliverables, and plan the process for the following week. We typically have advance notice of any deadline changes, which are usually a result of requested edits from our end.

Many people are involved from our side, including creative and product people. Initially, communication posed a significant challenge for us, but we overcame it and now have a highly effective communication system in place.

We integrated ROAS.pro into our Slack workspace and usually use Microsoft Teams for video communications. We use Telegram for messaging and file transfer.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed by their animation style and communication. I've collaborated with various creative agencies in the past, and ROAS.pro is exceptional in accommodating changes. We have specific standards in place that we strive to meet, and their flexibility is crucial to us. 

For example, we chose a voice artist, and samples were recorded but ended up desiring a different approach. However, they efficiently managed to turn things around, which was quite impressive. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We're trying to improve script writing with them. We're both willing to improve, and I'm confident we will.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

ROAS.pro is primarily a creative ad agency. Typically, people approach them with a more uncomplicated objective; however, we wanted to tackle more creative projects. 

I recommend them for ads and promo materials, but if someone needs something like a big series or something of that, you should consult them to see if that is something they can support.

The key factor for choosing ROAS.pro was the quality of creatives and the speed of their creation. I also want to note that the guys were ready to quickly make the necessary changes and reacted positively to the need for changes.

From our side, the work was led by the Creative Producer. He wrote video scripts and ROAS.pro implemented the described concepts. The selection of the necessary visual techniques was on the side of ROAS.pro, they always offered some of the best ideas for implementation and video options.

The work was built on an iterative approach. Often the first version of the video required only minor improvements.
