The reworked technical re-design of manual tasks and streamlining of modules, led to improved productivity and resource utilization, allowing our team to focus on more strategic and value-added activities.

I’m the founder and director of a preventive medical technology provider.

What challenge were you trying to address with RMgX Technologies LLP?

We needed their team to build an algorithm that automated our biological calculations based on our patients’ data.

What was the scope of their involvement?

RMgX Technologies LLP has initially built our data processing component from the ground up, relying on their finalized architecture and our team’s technical documentation. Using React and Node.js, they’ve then executed front- and back-end solutions to create an information portal for our patients, giving them full access to their diagnostic findings.

What is the team composition?

We’ve started working with a team of six designers and developers from RMgX Technologies LLP and have downsized to four members as our requirements lessened.

We launched a vetting process and found RMgX Technologies LLP to be the most suitable candidate because of their understanding of our needs. They also happened to be strongly recommended by one of our patients.

We’ve spent between $50,000–$75,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement with RMgX Technologies LLP commenced in January 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

RMgX Technologies LLP’s efforts have allowed us to serve and reach more than 100,000 patients — far from the maximum of 500 patients we’ve previously accommodated when our data interpretation and organization methods aren’t automated. Their work has not only expanded our clientele but also allowed us to serve patients from different backgrounds.

How did RMgX Technologies LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via Slack and Zoom and rely on Confluence and GitHub for project management. RMgX Technologies LLP outstandingly meets our quality and timeline requirements with their comprehensive methods.

We’re most impressed with their word-class UX proficiency and thorough understanding of our goals. RMgX Technologies LLP works proactively and incorporates our feedback into their deliverables to guarantee our satisfaction.

Organize your requirements and relay those transparently to RMgX Technologies LLP’s team —  it’s hard to meet standards and expectations if you start with vague instructions.

I am the Founder & MD of Samvedna Senior Care. We provide eldercare services to cater to the physical and mental health well being of senior citizens. Our primary services offerings include care packages, home care , counselling services and therapies.

We needed a system/ application to streamline and improve our operational efficiencies, enhance our customer experience and reporting.

How did you select RMgX Technologies LLP and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a vendor who would provide us a solution based on our business problems, help us to identify the requirements and provide a futuristic solution.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a kick off meeting to discuss the overall goals and objectives. Then a design team worked with us to elicit requirements and develop the high level design of the web application and mobile app. Once the wireframes were approved and the requirement design was finalised the development wirk started. The key deliverables included screen designs, navigation flow, detailed requirement specifications and low level design.

How many people from the RMgX Technologies LLP team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was identified to lead the project and other team members included a UI designer and solutions architect. We directly worked with 3-4 key team members and the development team consisted of another 8-10 developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The application is robust and the design is scalable keeping in mind our future needs. The web application has helped us improve our internal workflows, data management, scheduling and client reporting. We are able to plan the therapy sessions, develop care plans and report patient progress efficiently.

Overall we have reduced almost 60% of our time to develop care plans and client reports.

The project included regular reviews based on milestones. Progress report was shared on a weekly basis. All bugs and issues were tracked transparently to closure using project management tools

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team was cooperative, open, consultative and worked swiftly. All issues were resolved to our satisfaction and the environment was always positive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Project timelines could have been managed better.
