Fablinen is a textile industry which has been designing and producing home textile products for the luxury of homes and decorating rooms with the products produced from the highest quality of yarn. All our products are easy care and exceed the industry quality. I am the founder of this textile industry

RLTSquare was hired to build a Bigcommerce website for our store, as per the defined requirements. Later the same website was shifted to Shopify. The major goals of the projects were:

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We did the market survey of top e-commerce agencies in Pakistan along with feedback from RLTSqaure existing clients. Their detailed exposure to all e-commerce platforms modules & significant experience in the e-commerce domain.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

 A detailed website for our textile store, which is up to the standards of the e-commerce market.

They have a team of 2 x developers managed by 1 x Project Manager who directly reports to the Head of Projects. The tools that were used during the project were WhatsApp and Gmail. The tasks and the timelines were managed through Whatsapp.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company is dedicated to the project and handled well by their higher management. All the tasks were performed efficiently by their developers. The communication is excellent and timely.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In our opinion, the milestones were achieved timely and priority was given tasks. The agency made time management much easier and we would definitely recommend them to other industries.

Tintash is a digital product agency partnering with clients to develop products from the ground up, as well as work on turnkey projects. I was the project manager for this project.

This was our first e-commerce project where we would have to work with Magento. We scoured our personal network to find RLTSquare. We appreciated their portfolio and their communication to begin with.

We selected RLTSquare for their expertise with Magento.

2 people; Magento engineer, and a technnical advisor.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The most interesting problem we had to solve here was to sync product catalogs between the client's existing eBay store and the new Magento site. We accomplished this through various plugins, but it eventually needed a lot of custom work and tweaking to make this functionality work, and the engineer from RLTSquare did incredible work to deliver this feature.

I came to know them by searching on google and then had a meeting with sales manager Kamran who was highly cooperative.

3 people worked with us One was a sales manager and two were the Shopify developers.

Customers loved the design

One of the key factors was the WhatsApp group they created for regular updates.

The staff was highly cooperative and I never had an issue communicating with them.

They should sign the agreement with each and every single detail in it.
