I’m the director of marketing at Luxe Home Health, a home services company. We provide personalized home health care services in the Chicagoland area, focusing on individualized care plans and measurable outcomes to help patients achieve their highest level of functioning.

What challenge were you trying to address with Rizqly?

We have clinics in Chicago, but people couldn’t find us on search engines unless they typed our name exactly. We wanted to be visible when people searched for things in our area and get more people to ask for appointments through our website instead of just getting referrals.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rizqly has redone the pages for our five locations, which were all basically the same before. They’ve fixed our Google Business Profile (GBP) for each clinic. The team has also found keywords for about 20 services we offer in different locations, added special code so our services and hours show up correctly in search engines, and ensured they follow the rules for marketing healthcare the whole time.Currently, Rizqly handles regular updates and reporting.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In four months, the pages for our locations got 50% more people visiting from search engines. Three of our clinics got to the top three local search results for the main things we do, and we’ve gotten about 32% more people asking for appointments through our website. The number of people looking at our GBP has almost doubled.

How did Rizqly perform from a project management standpoint?

We talk on the phone every two weeks and use a shared tracker to keep up with things. Most things are done on time. We’ve had one delay, but it’s because of Google’s own process, not Rizqly. The team keeps us updated all the time, so we always know what’s going on.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Rizqly really understands that there are rules we have to follow when it comes to marketing healthcare. They’ve never tried to get us to make claims that aren’t true or use wording that isn’t allowed. The team has even pointed out a few things on our old website that we hadn’t noticed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

At first, Rizqly didn’t fully understand how strict our rules were for reviews, so we had to redo a couple of things. However, once we explained it to them, everything went smoothly.

We needed help with our podcast content and publishing. We wanted to improve our SD-WAN and WAN optimization pages' ranking and bring in more qualified leads from organic search.

Rizqly has started by auditing our website. Then, they helped us fix the problems and make our site easier to use. The important things they did were finding keywords for 25 important terms, helping us make our product and resource pages better, giving us ideas for new content, and creating a plan for what to post on our blog for three months. They also fixed the links between our pages and set up special tools to track how people use our site. Additionally, they worked with our engineers to ensure everything was working right.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In five months, our organic sessions have grown by about 40%. Ten of the 25 target keywords have moved into the top 10, and four have reached the top three. Organic leads from product and content pages have increased by about 30%–35%. Crawl errors have reduced by over 70% after Rizqly's technical fixes. We’ve also seen a steady rise in impressions and clicks in Search Console during this time.

How did Rizqly perform from a project management standpoint?

We have one main contact and weekly 30-minute calls. We track tasks on a shared board. Most things are on time. When a CMS update broke the redirect, they responded in 24 hours and helped coordinate the fix.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their writers need time to match our technical tone, which has slowed some blogs. A short writer onboarding or a one-page style guide at the start would help.
