I'm an executive of Schwekas IT GmbH, an IT services company. We provide IT consulting and development services for web applications, including backend, frontend, middleware, and ERP systems.

What challenge were you trying to address with Riotters?

I needed design elements for our new website, including an animated hero section, overall screen design, and custom illustrations.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Riotters created a screen design with animated 3D elements that fit our company based on descriptions. They also created sub-pages with custom illustrations. We needed a well-made 3D animation for our hero section. The illustrations were for sections of the services we offer.

What is the team composition?

We worked with three teammates from Riotters. Our first contact was with Dawid. We also worked with a project manager and a designer.

How did you come to work with Riotters?

We found Riotters through online research and contacted them randomly. We had contacted many service providers, but Riotters was professional, and we really liked their direct approach.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together through 2024 and 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Riotters kept us in the loop constantly. They shared the progress and asked if the direction was good, which led to a successfully finished project. Our branding got stronger, and we received many compliments from our business partners. The 3D animations fit perfectly with our IT services. The same goes for the screen design and illustrations; they were unique but not too flashy.

How did Riotters perform from a project management standpoint?

Riotters delivered on time, and communication was very good — fast and on point. We communicated via Google Meet and Slack.

We liked that Dawid was straight to the point. There was no overselling, and they kept their word.

We hired Riotters to establish a new brand image that would be aligned with a new company strategy.

How did you select this vendor?

I knew Dawid, the CEO of Riotters before as we worked together on several projects. When finding a vendor we did some sort of a research and after interviewing couple of proposals, it was obvious for us that there is only one choice that would make sense for us. We picked Riotters because of their expertise in the filed, communication skills and high quality customer service quality.

Once we built a strong shared understanding of a vision of the brand, brand attributes, our likes and dislikes, they created brand image drafts. This work included multiple options of logo together with typography and brand color proposals.

After selecting a logo that was totally aligned with what we wanted, we received few digital versions of the brand image. We hesitated to ask for some amendments, however, the Riotters team turned out to be really open to hear our feedback and make some final twists.

I worked directly with their Designer. Other designers, leads and CEO supported them when needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to the new branding, we were able to kick-off a new service line and received many good words from our clients. Customers complimented our decks. They liked that is clean and different from the competitors.

In order to foster our communication, I was asked to join a private group chat channel on slack. It worked perfectly fine. Our communication was smooth and seamless. We were jumping on catch-ups to revisit any requests, answer questions, etc. They finished the work even before our expected timeline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

From day one we were under a huge impression of their ability to listen. It felt like the Riotters team really understood our needs and vision. We wanted someone that could see what we want to build and they truly did it. Also, their skills and creativity was extraordinary.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything was perfect. No need to change anything.

We needed quick engaging videos that helped people understand the customer benefit when using our product.

We had an initial kickoff meeting, we provided the initial assets for the storyboard phase. Once the storyboard was approved we moved into design, then animation.

Pawel and Dawid were our contacts. Feedback was done via a list in slack and comments in figma.

So far the videos have been well received and most are watched to completion. We will have clearer results after they run for at least a month.

Communicating hours once they are reached, extra attention to detail in copy (typos), exporting through a 3rd party when pulling from figma - otherwise the final products can be not as crisp.

Our developers were able to easily implement the designs; however, they did find some gaps in the design where extra pages were needed to ensure flow of UX.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

All parties were easy to communicate with. However, extra time was devoted to certain pages of the website, which didn't allow for time for other areas that we needed design attention on.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their design knowledge was impressive, and their ability to deliver on deadline was excellent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would have been great to see more unique icons and designs.
