The company was responsible for the complete UX and UI design development of our new website. Their work covered every stage of the design process like research and concept creation and final prototypes.
The scope included analyzing our goals, audiences, and existing materials to establish a solid foundation for design decisions, concept presentation, designing a clear and logical website structure, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, producing the full visual design of the website, optimizing all page layouts for mobile and tablet to ensure consistent usability across devices. 
Nevertheless, they were holding regular meetings and design review sessions with our team to present updates, gather feedback, and refine the designs. The project achieved everything we aimed for: A clear, user-friendly, and visually strong and aesthetic website design. The new structure makes information easier to find, and the design now reflects our museum much better. The prototypes and design system provided a great base for the programming phase.

The communication with the organization was very smooth. Everything was delivered on time and with careful consideration of our feedback. All of our comments were taken into account, and when the team felt that some of our ideas might not be the best fit, they advised us on how to incorporate them more effectively from their professional perspective. 
We truly appreciated this approach, as it showed their expertise and commitment to achieving the best possible result. A bonus point for being extra patient with us as the process was long and involved many different people from our museum.

Rimti has created a fully developed website for Darius and Girenas stadium which had never had a website before.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A new and modern website was created for Darius and Girenas stadium celebrating its 100 years anniversary. Rimti helped us to distinguish what is really important to diplay on the wesbite, they created a great user experience so local visitors and guests from abroad can find all neccessary information about the visit and the events in the stadium.

We have also developed sections for available office space and event space rentals so it is very convenient to find all information in one place. 

An additional section about the historical Kaunas Sports Hall was included with dedicated landing page. As it is now mostly used for non-formal education, Rimti has developed a timetable system to communicate about all activities that take place in Kaunas Sports Hall.

Project outcomes were always delivered on time and with changing needs from the customer side, they have managed develop any additional changes we needed during the project implementation time.

I’m a managing partner for Vilantis, an IT consulting company that builds custom software solutions for clients.

What challenge were you trying to address with Rimti?

We didn’t have any marketing or branding, and we only had a placeholder website for a long time. We hired Rimti for market positioning, branding, logo creation, and website design to reach the clients we wanted to attract.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We weren’t sure what we were looking for to start, so they began with market research and research into our company and process. They came back to us with an Excel sheet of companies they thought would be good for us to work with, which we approved. Rimti followed up with branding proposals and designs, and after some feedback, we found the direction we wanted to go in. They gave us design and branding sheets, and went step-by-step through the process with us. 

They took our old logo, modernized it, and created our brand style guidelines. They chose colors, put together a brand book with stationary, and did UI/UX design for our website. They also handled the content, images, and copy on the website. Rimti used Figma for the designs. 

The website has contact forms, tracking analytics, and integrations with HubSpot. Rimti did not develop the website, but these were all suggestions from them. 

They guided us on certain marketing tactics and let us know what they thought would be successful. They set up a Google Ads account for us and gave us a list of channels they felt we should pursue. 

What is the team composition?

We worked primarily with two people.

They found us; they reached out to us about a separate project, and we worked on that together. We liked their work, so we decided to work with them again after that. 

How much have you invested with them?

We invested between $12,000–$15,000 on the project. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2020. We finished the branding project, but we bring them in for other projects, so we are still working together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We used to have a very small online presence, and our presence has grown significantly after using their services. We’ve been getting inquiries from the web, and people have reached out to us after seeing our website. In the first years after we started working with Rimti, we saw an increase in website visitors by 122%; our business has grown more than 300% overall. 

The website is good-looking and attracts the clients we’re looking for. We’ve continued to work with Rimti on other projects because we’ve been so happy with the work they did for us. 

How did Rimti perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve provided us with great project management; we weren’t sure where we wanted to go with everything, and they figured out what we needed. They consistently met with us and provided us with updates throughout the process. We used Trello and Jira for project management. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We appreciated working with them because they helped us clarify what we wanted, and they went through an entire process to ensure we were happy with what they provided. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing that we can come up with. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Trust their expertise; there were a couple of times when we didn’t take their advice, and they turned out to be correct.

I am the CTO of a Food and Beverage manufacturing company. We are the largest vertically integrated organic food company in Europe.

We needed to create a mobile app for farmers, so we decided to build UX/UI prototype before developing an app.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I worked with Rimti few years ago and they delivered UX/UI prototype. Then I selected them for methodology and process they use to achieve results and during the project they even exceeded our expectations and we were satisfied with project results. So when similar project came on the table I knew whom to call.

We started defining user personas, to understand users who will be using the app. Then we analyzed processes what we expect from users to do in the app. Performed market research. Then started to build user experience by analyzing what information is important at what step and how to make app intuitive and easy to use, by asking user interactions only in places we need to. After multiple UX prototype phases we moved to UI phase and started iterating there until we were happy with final result.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I was working with Povilas and Vilius, they were representing the team which were working on the project. They have good listening skills, understands business needs, marketing needs and communicate well.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Prototype was good way to validate ideas without spending money for software engineers. As a team we came to same vision what app should do, what user should do, how other systems (behind mobile app) should be modified to adapt to new mobile app. Currently we are going through procurement process to select a vendor and convert this prototype to real application which will be used by our farmers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

All project was implemented remotely, communicating through video meetings and e-mails. We had a project plan what and when to expect. After each meeting we knew which team what kind of home works have to do and when the next meeting will take place. Some review meeting we had in smaller groups to get first impressions and feedback before showing it to wider group of stakeholders.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Professionalism which leads to good results. What I mean they will walk you through the process of building a good user experience. What was impressive that their feedback was always measured and had solid arguments. Funny thing: I received multiple good feedbacks about UX/UI of our app from other companies which participated in procurement process of app development, but each company have their own UX/UI team and provide such services.

I can't think of any improvement at this time.
