What was the scope of their involvement?

Right Link helped us develop a web application with a variety of features. Before they started working on this project, we provided them with documentation, guidelines, and a list of tasks in Jira.

On the app, users can log in and see all the information that their company has in one place. Our technology stack is Vue.js and Node.js.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project just ended, so there are no quantitative metrics to share yet. However, I am happy with the results. Everything was delivered exactly as I requested.

How did the company perform from a project management standpoint?

All the requested work was delivered on time and on budget. We used Slack to communicate; they were very communicative. They worked in sprints to complete tasks.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were very thorough and dedicated. I think they have a great eye for detail. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Since I was working with a developer based in Ukraine, and given the Russian Invasion, it was sometimes difficult to coordinate logistics with them.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Be mindful that their frontend capabilities are more robust than their backend.
