Please describe your company and your position there.

At Levels, we create products that help improve mental health and wellness by combining meditation with technology. I am the co-founder.

For what projects/services did your company hire Right Balance?

Currently, Right Balance is working on creating a production-ready app that will be launched with our smart mediation cushion.

What were your goals for this project?

The goals of this project are to create an MVP to demo to investors, implement our proprietary algorithms, and launch into the Apply and Google App stores.

How did you select Right Balance?

Right Balance was selected because they had a thorough understanding of what is needed at this stage of the company. Since part of our technology is hardware, they were also selected because they had the expertise to execute what was needed from a technology standpoint.

Describe the project in detail.

There have been several stages of the project. We provided rough/high level software requirements. Right Balance was able to translate those requirements into physical code. We started by proving out that the core technology can be recreated using java script.

We provided C++ code and they translated our signal processing algorithms into Java Script. They also worked on ensuring the app can properly communicate with our hardware via bluetooth. We are currently working on the UI aspect of the design. The progress so far has been successful.

What was the team composition?

So far there have been 3 team members involved. This includes Alex, who remains actively involved to ensure the success of the project. There also have been 2 over developers. One has been focused on the hardware integration in the App. The second developer has been involved in translated algorithms and UI development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Although the project is ongoing, I have been completely satisfied with all the work that has been completed thus far. I appreciate Alex's involvement to ensure the project stays on track. His team are experts in their field and I have full confidence they will meet the App objectives. With the demo app, I have yet to find any bugs in the software.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow has been excellent. They have met every milestone they committed to. Responses have always been timely and to the point.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

App with hardware integration tend to be the most difficult projects. I feel the team at Right Balance can take on any challenge and end with successful outcomes. They stand out because they are committed to ensuring our success and the project's success.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None that I can think of.

I am the founder of Destination Digital, a business and technology company that offers digital strategy, tech assessment and product development services.

For what projects/services did your company hire Right Balance?

We hired Right Balance to help with the development of a network monitoring mobile app for an East Coast client. Services included were focused on mobile app development and integrating APIs from the client company.

What were your goals for this project?

The goals of this project were to:

• build a user-friendly network monitoring mobile app
• gather network quality data through the mobile app
• help our client sell this app as a service to enterprise clients
• develop a market-ready app available on the app stores

How did you select Right Balance?

I selected Right Balance based on acquaintance with the Right Balance leadership and their ability to provide resources with the appropriate skillset for our project.

The project entailed the development of a network monitoring mobile app from scratch, based on product requirements and designs provided by us and backend technology provided by the client.

What was the team composition?

The team included:

• 1 product/project manager (me)
• 1 designer (contractor of my company)
• 2 developers and a development lead from Right Balance

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to build the mobile app such that the client was satisfied and ready to release it to the app stores. Having such a mobile app for demo purposes also enabled the client to develop business with top-500 American corporations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was quite seamless, with great collaboration despite time differences, and diligence in working through tech problems and new client requests.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The ability to spin up the correct resources, and especially the strong management of those resources to guarantee results.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not that I have in mind, the project worked really well from my perspective.
