What challenge were you trying to address with Ribog Digital Private Limited?

We needed help managing our Adobe Commerce B2B store on an ongoing basis. Our main objectives were to optimize site performance, handle custom development requests as the business evolved, keep the platform current through version upgrades, and provide reliable maintenance and support so the store stayed stable and secure. Essentially, we wanted a dependable technical partner who could take full ownership of the store's day-to-day health and long-term development, rather than handling these needs in-house or through multiple vendors.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since Ribog Digital Private Limited took over the management of our Adobe Commerce store, we've seen a noticeable improvement in page load times and overall site responsiveness, along with stronger Core Web Vitals scores. Before their optimization work, our mobile PageSpeed score was 12/100, and our desktop score was 41/100. After the performance work was completed, our mobile score jumped to 53/100, and our desktop score reached 71/100. Our SEO score went from 92 to a perfect 100/100, and our accessibility score improved slightly from 83 to 84.The technical improvements have been even more noticeable under the hood. Our total blocking time dropped from 5,090 milliseconds (ms) to 570 ms. Our cumulative layout shift improved from 0.57 down to 0.035 (well within Google's 'good' range), and our first contentful paint went from 5.9 seconds down to 1.5 seconds. These numbers have made a real difference in how the site actually feels to use — pages that used to hang and jump around now load fast and stay stable.Moreover, the platform upgrade has removed the security and compatibility risks that came with running on an outdated version, giving us more confidence in the store's stability going forward. The ongoing maintenance support has also meant a quicker turnaround on bug fixes and fewer unplanned issues, so the store now feels actively managed rather than left to drift. Overall, the team's responsiveness and ownership of the technical side have freed us up to focus on the business side without worrying about the platform underneath it.Although we haven't pulled formal numbers on conversions or bounce rates, the difference is noticeable day to day. The site feels much faster and smoother to browse, and we've had customers mention it. Internally, our team has noticed fewer complaints about pages loading slowly or acting glitchy, which used to come up fairly often.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It's hard to think of something Ribog Digital Private Limited could improve on. If anything, earlier in the project, their updates could've been slightly more frequent, but that has gotten better as things have gone on. Still, it's nothing that has affected the end result.
