We hired Rhino to reach out to our clients and obtain Google Reviews from them to help build our online presence.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I met Chelsea from Rhino at a networking event a number of years ago.

We provide a list of clients who we have worked with since the last review campaign to Chelsea, she reaches out to them vis an email marketing campaign to encourage them to leave their feedback.

We worked with Chelsea only.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
the email campaigns have been successful. With each campaign we gain more positive reviews on our Google My Business site.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We have a zoom call once per quarter to discuss how the campaign is going. This is effective.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Chelsea is very passionate about what she does and excited about her work.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We have two brands, ShowSupply.com and Starlite. We have tried a few different ways to accomplish this.
