I’m the co-founder and managing partner at ConsumerRating, a customer research and review platform.

Rhino Reviews is helping us collect, collate, and solicit customer feedback and reviews as part of our full-service customer experience. Their tasks include emailing and cold-calling clients to provide them with thorough reviews across different platforms.
We first started using them for customer reviews, which quickly evolved into providing employee reviews and in the last two years, they’ve been managing our social media channel including our Pinterest boards.

Employee Reputation Management - Glassdoor Work
This client was struggling to hit their hiring goals due to a poor online reputation and corporate image.
We worked to claim and clean up their online platforms then implement a strategy to gather and grow their employee online reviews on both Glassdoor and Indeed. With organized and customized campaigns we were steadily able to improve their rating to just below a 4.0 from real employee reviews.

Suspended Google My Business Listing
Business reached out as their Google My Business Listing was suspended and the owner wasn't sure why.
To complicate the situation, they did not have the password to update or access the listing as the profile was created by an admin no longer with the company.
We worked with Google to submit a claim and receive ownership of the listing while also inspectig the listing to determine the cause of suspension.
The business was out of compliance with the address /service area updates from Google.
We were able to successfully have their profile reinstated and provide them with full ownership access in less than 48hrs.

A Property Management Company reached out as they were struggling with their online reviews over multiple properties and wanted to put a system in place to allow them better visibility over their reviews and reputation.

Increased Energy Company Reviews from 1.9 to 4.0
This compnay reached out as they were struggling with their online reputatoin and the sales team was mentioned to management that it was hurting their closing rates. Customers would reference their reviews during the sales process and they were losing deals due to this.
In their industry, low reputations are common and they felt it would not only help their sales team but be a huge competitive advantage if we could improve their online reviews.
When we began working with them, they had a 1.9 Rating and 37 Reviews on Google. We worked with their teams to understand their customer acquisition process and customer lifecycle in order to determine when was the best time to solicit public reviews or internal feedback.

I am the project manager for our company and we are a shelving manufacturer and supplier for government offices, universities, museums, and other businesses. We create custom shelving and storage solutions based in Virginia.

Rhino Reviews was hired to help us improve our online reviews as we noticed our prospects were researching our company online. We didn't have a bad reputation so we never really bothered worrying about reviews but we found that having no reviews was a problem as well. We wanted to establish our company online as the best storage solution and partner for our clients.

We were referred to Chelsea and Rhino Reviews by another company who uses them. When interviewing them for the position we appreciated their personal and customized approach. Chelsea is also very involved and we appreciated having an owner managing our account and strategy.

Rhino Reviews was tasked with creating a review system to outreach to our clients and partners and solicit reviews for us. They determined which platforms mattered for us and would best position us against our competition. They gave us the strategy and we agreed then they began to work. We met every other week at the beginning to ensure we were hitting our goals and now meet monthly.

We worked with Chelsea, the owner, directly for the strategy alignment and April helps with the execution of our account.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We started at 0 reviews so only way to go was up. We have grown our online reviews significantly and now average 4 reviews per month, which for us is a lot as we only have a few projects a month due to size. What we were surprised and pleased with is the ability to get feedback from our clients in areas we didn't provide a 5-star experience so that we can improve and fix it for them. This is feedback we otherwise wouldn't have gotten and could have cost us future projects.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very effective, they use google docs and sheets to share reporting and tasks and are always available on email. We meet monthly now too which ensures we're on the same page.

I am the Client Success Manager. I am the liaison between all of our clients and the team members. I do the onboarding, set up the accounts and communicate what they need to the team. I send the reports and make sure they are happy clients.

We hire Rhino Reviews for all of our troubleshooting when it comes to anything google. We have issues with reviews not posting to GMB's, the client's GMB gets suspended or we just have trouble with bad reviews posting to a GMB. Rhino Reviews is able to get these issues resolved very quickly.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
The owner of our company met Chelsea at a marketing seminar and after speaking with her knew she had the qualifications to manage and resolve the issues we have with google and GMB's.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
As a marketing company, our job is to optimize a client's GMB, google ads, local service ads and campaign strategy. There are many times a client's GMB is suspended for various reasons and we are not able to fix this. We rely on Rhino Reviews to figure out where the issue is with google so our client's GMB can be reinstated. They also take care of efficiently deleting duplicate GMB's a client may have made to prevent suspending the other one. It is also very frustrating the world wide issue of google reviews not posting and Rhino Reviews is very good to help troubleshoot as to our end and if we need to make updates to the GMB, start over or if it is just a google issue.

I have lost count the number of GMB issues Chelsea has resolved. Here are some of the projects she has successfully resolved: GMB being reinstated from suspension Local Services not showing google reviews Google reviews not posting to a GMB Finding the right documentation for a GMB to be verified Removal of duplicate GMB Client changed their gmail on the GMB and was suspended: she found out what was wrong and resolved the situation Removal of bad google reviews from our client's GMB

We communicate very well through email. She is quick to respond and let me know what I need to send over to her and what the next steps will be.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Chelsea is an expert when it comes to issues and resolving them with google. Her knowledge of where to go and what to do is extensive and has truly made a difference for our clients.

I do not know of anything she could do differently as google has issues even the best of the best are not able to change. (referring to google reviews not posting). Excellent service and communication.

We reviewed multiple firms and ultimately went with Rhino Reviews because of their experience in the review space, their understanding of the market and the websites we wanted to increase our presence on, and the customer support. Chelsea and her team are extremely responsive and helpful with a "can-do" attitude at all times!

Rhino Reviews essentially executes the entire project from start to finish. We provide the data needed and they take it from there: setting up automated email communications (including follow ups), providing results on CTR, reviews left, reviews abandoned, etc. We have multiple review campaigns running at once that are all managed by Rhino.
We meet on a weekly basis to review the progress, and Rhino will provide ways to improve our numbers and share really great ideas for how we can better serve and connect with our clients. Additionally, Rhino provided market insights to see what search terms are helping our review pages get in front of key personas.

We had one main point of contact for the entirety of our time with Rhino Reviews. We loved the consistency and really feel like our POC knows our business intimately because of it.

Having Rhino Reviews take the burden off of myself and my team to manually garner reviews has saved us hours on HOURS of time. We can now focus on bigger picture strategy because we have someone like RR executing on our behalf. We've seen a major uptick in reviews and customer feedback overall - at least a 50% increase YOY. It's also allowed us to have better insight into how our clients are using our product and how they feel about us. Thus, we can better address their needs and serve them at a higher capacity.

We have weekly meetings via Zoom and constant communication over email. We use Google sheets/Excel to update results. It's all been very easy and seamless!

The most impressive thing about Rhino Reviews is their ability to turn around campaigns quickly—I'm talking same day! They also are always thinking of ways to make campaigns better and constantly help us think outside the box.

With over 45 years in business we had a long list of happy customers who would gladly refer us to others. Unfortunately, the reviews were all on paper and internal.
We hired Chelsea and Rhino Reviews to increase our brand awareness online with a Google Review campaign to get our customers to share their experiences where everyone could read them.
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
Chelsea was referred by a good friend and we met in person to discuss what she provides and how she could best help us. After reviewing WHAT she does and HOW she does it, we started with a 6 month commitment to see how things went and if we were a good fit for each other.

Chelsea and her team at Rhino Reviews monitor our brand online and also now oversee all Google Review requests and responses. And she's made the process super easy. At the end of each month, I pull a report of all completed projects, review it and then forward it along to Chelsea and she takes it from there.
With her customized system they request reviews from our customers on our behalf and then reply to all posted reviews as well. For the first few months we worked together on the replies, then once she got a feel for our "voice" she was able to take the reigns and only checks in if she has a specific question before responding.
We now have a consistent flow of new reviews coming in each month and I don't have to do the heavy lifting anymore to make it happen or to monitor it all in real time. Her team takes care of that for us and it's one of the best decisions to outsource a key activity I've made in the past few years.

Chelsea has been a breeze to work with. While I'm a very organized person, tasks that only get completed once a month can fall off the radar. She sends me a friendly reminder email early in the start of each new month, which is my prompt to pull the list and send it back to her.
