Please describe your company and your position there.

CEO and co-founder of Sitniks. Like all startups we initially saved on design and structure, therefore, when assembling and rendering the project, we faced a lot of problems. Among them: incorrectly designed blocks, ridiculous designs and so on.

For what projects/services did your company hire RGB Studio?

We started cooperating with RGB from the very foundation of our project. Their task was: to create a website design, Sitniks app design, work out the functionality and UX / UI. Full-fledged creation of the project with the development of design and functionality.

How did you select RGB Studio?

Since we encountered a problem, it was decided to abandon the outsourced specialists, and RGB Studio was advised to us. In cooperation with this company, we fully assembled the entire service, including the design and development of the UI interface. Now we use almost all the ideas that were proposed by RGB Studio in our project.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We started developing Sitniks CRM with a prototype. It took a very long time, starting from the authorization form, site registration, ending with how the final result should have looked. We made the site for about two or three months, then reworked it 2-3 times in structure, so at the moment it meets all the requirements of a service for the IT sphere.

Then we began to conceive and work out the interface of the future system. RGB Studio offered to make a prototype, which I, as the CEO of the company and co-founder of Sitniks, initially did not like in terms of overspending on design creation.

In the process, I re-evaluated the development approach and realized that before creating such a large-scale project as a CRM system, we need a prototype in order to get an interactive and visual experience. This is necessary in order to further create the basic structure and UI design of the future project.

Many thanks to RGB Studio for guiding and helping me get the system design development right. Otherwise, we would have to remake all these over and over again. RGB Studio divided the whole project into stages, so everything worked out and we were satisfied.

The RGB team provided us with 4 specialists: a project manager, a website layout designer for a future CRM system, a designer and a developer. I especially want to highlight the project manager.

Initially, there were many questions about the work process, which were resolved thanks to the correct formulation of the problem, which determines its final implementation. Special thanks to Konstantin for the fact that he was able to build the correct logic for the execution of processes. I would characterize him as a project manager with perfect expertise.

A good layout specialist correctly and professionally designed the site, and the developer implemented its internal structure.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main result of interaction with RGB Studio was the Sitniks project, No. 1 in Ukraine in terms of ease of use and implementation. All integrators who connect to Sitniks CRM as partners characterize the system as the most convenient for implementation in the niche of automating social networks and online stores.

The most important feature of Sitniks CRM is the user connection, which takes no more than an hour. With RGB Studio, we have made the UI as elaborate as possible for ease of use and implementation.. I think this is the highest rating I can give.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I would highlight the maximum efficiency of interaction with RGB Studio. Konstantin, as a project manager and leader, was constantly in touch and now continues to support the project. I am grateful to him for this.

Thanks to the participation of Konstantin, not only the UI design of the project was developed, but also the accompanying documentation, which is now used by all specialists in our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really liked the way the RGB company's work process is built. Initially, we did not appreciate their approach, because we received a lot of exhausting questions, numerous “Tell me more” and “Let's call”. Personally, as the CEO of Sitniks, I realized the importance of pre-production around the middle of a project.

Again, I noted the team's interaction process, so we succeeded.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The main recommendation from me for the growth of each project and each product company, including RGB Studio: to take more expert people into the team. The more expert managers and performers in your team, the better the result. Sitniks adheres to the same principle.

I`m a marketing manager of EASE Association. We're the community of more than 10,500 representatives of the IT industry of Ukraine and Europe, working in the field of Software Development, UI / UX Design, hardware, robotics, space robotics, IP-telephony, Cloud Services, EdTech, IT-law, cybersecurity, etc.

We ordered the development of our corporate website. Our previous site was difficult to maintain due to the lack of a permanent development team. The main request was to create a platform that is easy to manage and quickly change the content of the site for specialists without technical skills.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found the RGB Studio team on the recommendation of colleagues, and after reviewing the company's cases, we realized that this is exactly what we need.

We held several organizational online meetings where we noted our main requests. After that, we transferred the site design mockups. Then the RGB Studio team sent us a development plan for approval, after which they started working on the site.

We gradually received completed pages for approval. Then the site was integrated with WordPress. The team sent detailed instructions for working with the site's administrative panel. After the integration, we tested the site and transferred it to the main domain.

It is worth noting that the implementation of the plan was in accordance with the provided schedules, even despite the fact that the end of the project coincided with the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The team completed the work efficiently and on time.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the site, we were satisfied with its correct operation and simple management. We also received positive feedback from site users.

It was quite easy to work with the team. We hadn’t any difficulties with communication in the process of work. The project manager with whom I worked provided timely answers, if there were any questions, helped with advice on the functionality of the website from the point of view of his expertise. All stages of the work were completed in clearly defined terms.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team managed to quickly dive into the essence of the project, we did not waste time on unnecessary explanations. It was as if they had known our project for a very long time.

I am a Project manager in a software company that develops specific tools for automating website localization.

Our website has been developed seven years ago without the help of professional designers. As a small company, we have not had a vast budget for marketing at that time. While our company has been growing, we decided to invest our time and funds to develop a more stylish and useful website for our customers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for a design studio for collaboration using freelance platforms. We posted a project offer and analyzed the bids. We liked RGB studio for their portfolio which looked pretty nice to us and their affordable pricing.

After a discovery meeting, we were offered a roadmap with detailed pricing for each stage of work. After approval at our side, designers begin to work. First, they developed a prototype. What is important to mention is that this was our first experience of creating website from scratch, and we really appreciated that the RGB team offered different variants of pages and some blocks that we did not ask for but were glad to add. After the prototype was approved, we begin to work on the design itself.

The RGB team presented several different versions of the design of the Home page so that we could choose the general direction of the design. At the end of each working day, the team reported on their work in short videos and messages. They also reported on hours they spent. After we approved each page one by one, we needed to transfer the design to WordPress. When the work was done, we needed to perform a proper testing on our side and returned back for some amendments. When all the amendments were finished, we released our website.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It is very early to say about tangible outcomes in terms of traffic or user engagement, as we released the website not so long time ago. But our customers who have already seen the website noticed how nice and convenient our website became.

RGB is very responsive. We kept in touch throughout the day and addressed all the questions and requests via messengers. RGB team performed all the amendments we asked for in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I liked their creativity, responsiveness and tech-savviness a lot. They do try to build a website that is convenient not only for the end-user but for the website admin too.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes we needed to remind about small edits, however, this can be easily managed if the RGB team uses some project management tools to collaborate with the clients.
