I am the Regional Managing Director of Development, Asia for Cardinal Hotels and Resorts. We are a renowned Hotel Management group of the USA, Promoted by Cardinal Hotels LLC, Registered in the State of Virginia. We have been into the management of hotels across the United States and are known for their professional Services.

Cardinal Hotels has been assisting individual Hotel Owners in maintaining the Operational systems & Maintaining the costs by controlling without compromising on standards, to generate better profitability.

We hired RGBops for the below services:

As we were expanding our business, we needed a few websites for the correct flow of Information.

Booking engine software: The tool helped us manage and keep a check on all our hotel bookings.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Website and booking software were to the point. Everything was good. LinkedIn marketing really helped us to expand our business.

The team used freed camp to manage our project with the live status of each task. Communication tool - WhatsApp for a quick conversation - weekly meeting - email for formal communication - Freedcamp for task updates

It would be good if they can accommodate a few brain storm sessions in between projects.

I was looking for a vendor who could do everything for me. When I met the team I realized, they were capable of handling all the elements. With experts from all the domains, within a few meetings, we could align our thoughts and start the work.

Smart learning for kids is a product to help kids learn through alternative ways of teaching. Especially during COVID, young kids need an interactive learning method for growth. We worked with RGBops in the following format. Website design and development: They custom-designed our website on WordPress so that we could easily update the content from time to time. Graphic design- They worked on the product and its package. They even got everything printed for me. Marketing- they are presently working closely with my marketing team to generate and convert leads.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It was just an idea when I met the team and started the work. They helped me convert my idea into an actual product. Now I have a team size of 13 people.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Founder- Anukaran was a great help. He was always available for meetings and discussions. Their team used freed camp and other tools to manage work very well. We had everyday scrum meetings to discuss the progress. Within 1 month, all the work was finished and we launched.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

RGBops puts personal efforts and treated my product as their own and made it what it is today.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Timeline is something that they can work around for a flawless experinece. But creative work always takes time.

We have been the technical partner for Noqueue. We were handling all the development sides of the product. It has been an association for a year involving the services like Design, Branding, Mobile apps development and marketing.

We hired RGBops for the UI/UX and branding for the Mobile apps.

How did you select this vendor?

We can across to know about them from a reference. After getting their initial proposal, we interviewed the shortlisted companies and decided to go ahead with RGBops as they had drafted the best proposal covering all the requirements and the key points.

They did quite good research on the intuitive and trending designs around the industry and competitors. The data helped us to implement the key feature very nicely offering a great user experience. The UI/UX was followed by branding videos where the idea was to create a self-explanatory video to market the app to the business owners and the users. The entire UI/UX work along with the branding video has been handled better than we expected.

I worked with 3 resources from their company. Taanishka Dhawan: She was managing the project with her great inputs which helped us for a timely delivery. Anukaran Dhawan: He was the design guy with great skills and quick hands. Rishab: The one who worked on the video and delivered great work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They have been exceptional and the work they have delivered has really helped us to make an impact on the targeted users. A great user experience can only be achieved with a thoughtful UI/UX. Looking at their professionalism of handling the UI/UX we followed with another branding video project and they only bettered their delivery the second time. We were really impressed with their work and would happily recommend them to more people.

Taanishka was great at handling the project. She has taken care of every minute key detail and the expectations we had for the end product. She has been proactive throughout our engagement and handled the project professionally.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We loved what they proposed to us and finalized the design at the same time. They could have shared a couple of more iterations keeping a completely different angle but might not have made a difference to our decision.
