I’m the owner of a gas solutions company; our company makes it easy for everyone in the value chain to purchase their gas via mobile phones or web applications.

We hired them to act as our main development team.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave ReverbSoft Technologies the fully prototyped design for a web and mobile application. We started with a series of meetings to discuss what we wanted to achieve and how the product would work. They developed the product with Flutter, Vue.js, Laravel, BLADE, and Node.js. 

Core features of the application include biometric verification and a feature to measure gas usage based on the trends of the user each month. The mobile application is compatible with iOS and Android. We also have a feature that allows retailers or customers to place an order for gas in zones near them, track how far away the person is, and document how much gas is being sold. 

The web application has a feature for gas plants to receive orders, monitor expenses, and look at sales. They can provide sales to walk-in customers and measure the sales against whatever is in their bank account to ensure they have the money available for upcoming sales.

We spent more than a little more than $10,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together between September–December 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The app has been approved for both the App Store and Google Play Store. We have close to 1,000 downloads for the app, and hope to get to 2,000 very soon; we’ve done all of this without any marketing. Another telling factor of ReverbSoft Technologies’ ability to produce quality work is that I've personally used their team for several other projects. 

How did ReverbSoft Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

They were good about sticking to deadlines for the most part. We met over Google Meet to align on requirements. We also communicated via WhatsApp for daily updates. They were highly responsive, regardless of the time or day, and we used Jira and Confluence for project management. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were able to push all of our ideas out with them, and they offered a great payment plan which made things easier. One of their biggest strengths was their ability to understand requirements, and when bugs popped up, they fixed them quickly. They’re also adaptable and open to change; the team is not rigid in their style and accommodating to feedback. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give proper documentation ahead of time so the team from ReverbSoft Technologies can ensure they’re on track. This can eliminate the back-and-forth aspect of the development process because all they have to do is look at the requirements to figure out what you as a customer are looking for.

I needed help with the development of my e-commerce platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ReverbSoft has built a web, iOS, and Android app from scratch based on my idea. Their scope has included design, frontend development, and backend development. Moreover, they’ve made API integrations to support our services.

Although I basically designed the app because it was based on my idea, I let ReverbSoft have free reign regarding the execution. Initially, I simply explained the key features and how I wanted the app to look. Additionally, I provided them with some mock-ups I had done, and they took it from there.

Since delivering the app, ReverbSoft was kept working with us, making updates and adding features to it based on user feedback. This app serves as a marketplace and allows users to have in-app chats and make purchases.

How did you come to work with ReverbSoft Technologies?

I launched an RFP, and they responded. I had had bad experiences with other service providers in the past, but I took a leap of faith with ReverbSoft because I had nothing to lose at that point. Now, I’m very happy I did.

I’ve spent around $10,000–$25,000

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2021, and our engagement is ongoing. Although the development project is complete, I plan to keep working with them on upgrades and other projects. For example, they’ve built a website for me for another company.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

My platform is yet to be launched because we’re in the process of partnering with another corporation, so I don’t have any metrics regarding performance. However, I’ve managed to partner with one of the largest corporations in the industry in America thanks to this app, so the product has exceeded my expectations.

ReverbSoft is very prompt at addressing my needs and delivers on time. We communicate via email, FaceTime, and WhatsApp.

They developed a robust mobile application for Skynaps Multivision, aimed at transforming the agricultural export trading landscape. The app serves as an all-in-one platform for business owners to expand their market reach across borders. Their work included:

Groupage Export Functionality: Enabling users to consolidate smaller agricultural shipments into larger consignments, reducing costs and making global markets accessible for small and medium-sized producers.

Commodity Trading Platform: Connecting farmers directly with local and international buyers, streamlining the supply chain, and reducing dependency on intermediaries.

Merger Facility: Allowing users to collaborate and combine orders to meet high minimum order quantities (MOQ), facilitating bulk purchasing even when individual orders fall short.

Public and Private Request Management: Implementing features for browsing, reviewing, and managing both public and private requests, fostering collaborative trading and efficient order management.

User-Friendly Dashboard: Creating an intuitive interface for users to track their export activities, manage contributions, and monitor order statuses seamlessly.

Through this project, they provided Skynaps Multivision with the tools to minimize operational costs, enhance trading efficiency, and empower users to earn in foreign currency while expanding their global customer base.
