Outcomes weren't measurable in the given time.

How did your relationship with the vendor evolve?

Unfortunately, we won't be considering working with Reverb in the near future and I'd highly discourage anybody who would consider it. We were first contacted by the Reverb Outreach Manager. Payment and the whole link buy-out process were easy, but what came after is really a behavior that's hard to be considered decent at all.

For the past 4 years, I've led various businesses and we would never have addressed a complaint the way Reverb did:

• Reverb team has repeatedly provided incorrect information on the invoice, each time issuing a  different invoice number instead of a corrected version, rendering them unusable.
• After mentioning it a couple of times, we received an email from their Outreach manager that contained profane language.
• We've contacted the Reverb's CEO about the matter. Instead of recognizing our email to be a valuable insight into his your team behaves and communicates, he decided to label our reasonable customer's expectations as "trolling" effectively validating his Outreach Manager’s inappropriate way of communicating with us.

Throughout this entire exchange, we have remained polite with both David and Reverb's Outreach Manager, yet we’ve been treated in a manner that is unfair and unprofessional, to say the least. I know that Clutch reviewers will check this one, and I'd be more than happy to share the conversations that we had both with Reverb's Outreach Manager and Reverb's CEO to prove that it's not a biased opinion.
