After the initial meeting with Dave we've created a plan which would allow us to cover the technical segment of our's data extraction blog and keep it SEO-optimized. After the 2 days I got the initial version of the first article and the quality was good enough to accept it without any revisions.

I thought they are professional as they assume but apparently that was all fake

I was given their contact by a company called BIOM and i think they are connected together

There was no scope of work from their end and they have just given me a shitty marketing plan which seems like a ready template got edited.

None but Dave the biggest scammer of them and the CEO of that shitty company

I haven't got anything from them as they promised.

It was pretty bad specially when it comes to speak about the project, they just make up any shit to generate money even if its helpless.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very professional scammers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could have done their work properly and gave me a unique marketing plan for the 2K USD i have paid but instead they gave me a marketing plan with a list of their prices inside and i'll be more than welcome to let you review it so you can know how shitty is this.

Company Responses

The service provider responded on January 30, 2023, with more detail on March 16, 2023. 

We did the marketing plan project for Lanco in late November/ early December. Ahmed paid 50% of the invoice at the start of the project. After he approved the Marketing plan, and was satisfied with the results, he paid for the second 50% of the invoice. 

The finished marketing plan is a 30-page branded document with complete analysis of his company with statistics, custom metrics, competitor analysis, custom features advised, and a plan of actions with practical tips and specific topics for his business.

Ahmed’s main concern was actually implementing the marketing campaign as laid out in the marketing plan for which he then revealed he had a very limited budget. We tried to accommodate his low budget by proposing a scaled down marketing campaign, coaching his friends on how they could be involved to save on costs, etc, but the bottom line was he wanted my agency to implement the marketing campaign for free or in exchange for his non-existent tokens. We declined.

In February Ahmed disputed the payments via Paypal for the marketing plan. After a thorough, month-long review of the documents and the screenshots of chats between Ahemd and ReVerb wherein Ahmed praised the marketing plan he received from ReVerb, PayPal decided in ReVerb's favor.
