The scope was a comprehensive Sales Outsourcing project (Prospecting and Qualification) for the front line of our sales funnel.

Key Deliverables:

Mapping and List Building: Identification and segmentation of companies within our ICP in the national market.

Creation and Execution of Cadences: Development of highly personalized multi-channel contact flows (email, LinkedIn, phone).

Active Prospecting (Outbound): Conducting initial outreach and nurturing cold leads.

Lead Qualification: Rigorous pre-qualification of generated leads, using criteria like Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT) before handing them over to our sales team.

Meeting Scheduling: Final delivery of qualified and confirmed meetings on our calendars.

Reporting and Analysis: Weekly provision of performance reports and insights into campaign effectiveness.

The partnership brought solid results which are;

Considering the initial focus on outbound, perhaps a more intensive integration with our inbound strategy (content) could have been explored earlier in the partnership. This would have allowed for better reuse of the insights generated in the outreach to create materials that directly address objections, optimizing conversion even further. Overall, the work was top-notch, but this is an area that offers future opportunities.
