Considering the initial focus on outbound, perhaps a more intensive integration with our inbound strategy (content) could have been explored earlier in the partnership. This would have allowed for better reuse of the insights generated in the outreach to create materials that directly address objections, optimizing conversion even further. Overall, the work was top-notch, but this is an area that offers future opportunities.

They didn't just implement; they adapted the CRM to our entire ecosystem.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Revenue Rushy could have done differently?

Early on, perhaps we could have dedicated slightly more time to detailing the calculation and commission rules for the Credit vertical, which required some fine-tuning at the end of the testing phase. However, this was a minor point in a massive and highly successful project.

While the digital strategy was excellent, an even earlier introduction of team training for our in-store sales associates on how to better leverage the new digital leads could have accelerated our conversion results in the first month. It’s a minor note, as the training they provided later was fantastic, but getting it sooner would have been beneficial.
