The platform has been performing very well since launch. We saw an improvement for customer  retention and new coustomer hunt. The solution is satable anfter some fine tuning it is now 99.8% uptime, and new features are rolled out regularly without disrupting services.

After  integration with differnet platform  also reduced our backend operational workload, and the automated systems have made user management much easier. Overall, their software quality, scalability, and support response times exceed our expectations.

The goal was to offer our customers a unified platform for HD voice and video calls, instant messaging, and conference calling, all integrated with our telecom infrastructure.

REVE Systems delivered an end-to-end OTT ecosystem, including Android and iOS mobile apps, Class 5 softswitch integration with real-time billing, RCS-based messaging, and cloud scalability to support millions of users.
