App successfully published in google playstore and appstore and so far the total download is 70k+. Monthly around 150k minutes of calls are being processed though this app.

The platform has been performing very well since launch. We saw an improvement for customer  retention and new coustomer hunt. The solution is satable anfter some fine tuning it is now 99.8% uptime, and new features are rolled out regularly without disrupting services.

After  integration with differnet platform  also reduced our backend operational workload, and the automated systems have made user management much easier. Overall, their software quality, scalability, and support response times exceed our expectations.

We have a contract with REVE Systems to design and develop a next-generation OTT communication application that would help us strengthen our digital presence and retain our fixed-line user base in an increasingly mobile-driven market. The goal was to offer our customers a unified platform for HD voice and video calls, instant messaging, and conference calling, all integrated with our telecom infrastructure.

REVE Systems delivered an end-to-end OTT ecosystem, including Android and iOS mobile apps, Class 5 softswitch integration with real-time billing, RCS-based messaging, and cloud scalability to support millions of users. The app also includes online recharge, voice and bundle package purchase options, and Virtual IP-based calling for both local and international communication.

The work culture does not involve reading the contract, it is necessary to verbally state the wishes of the customer and the criticality of these tasks, no matter what is in the contract. This is probably how all suppliers in this region work.
