The platform has been performing very well since launch. We saw an improvement for customer retention and new coustomer hunt. The solution is satable anfter some fine tuning it is now 99.8% uptime, and new features are rolled out regularly without disrupting services.
After integration with differnet platform also reduced our backend operational workload, and the automated systems have made user management much easier. Overall, their software quality, scalability, and support response times exceed our expectations.

We had a fairly complex app—a messenger for Android, iOS, and WebRTC with numerous features, message types, and different message behaviors. Unfortunately, our marketing efforts failed to meet our key performance indicators, and the project had to be shut down.

There was a lag behind the planned deadlines. Also, the execution of the terms of reference did not happen immediately, we came to a certain average result between the basic terms of reference and the existing achievements of the supplier. The work culture does not involve reading the contract, it is necessary to verbally state the wishes of the customer and the criticality of these tasks, no matter what is in the contract. This is probably how all suppliers in this region work.

Developing a full-fledged messenger is a complex and multi-stage project. To create an application at the level of “MobiGap”, several teams must work simultaneously: mobile developers, server-side specialists, voice engineers, designers, and testers.

1. Mobile Application (Android and iOS) Two separate applications are developed — one for Android and one for iPhone.
They must support:
