The release of our MVP is the main milestone we have been focusing on. The Resolventa team divided everything up into Jira with a roadmap that I constantly refer to, based on my specifications for the MVP. After that, we spoke on Slack and held weekly meetings. Although they invited me to their daily standups, I just attended the weekly meetings, which I felt were sufficient.

Resolventa excels at transforming concepts into usable products. Having collaborated with numerous software teams, I am aware that design elements are frequently mistranslated into code. Flatirons was a detail-oriented company. I'm thrilled with the product we're launching.

They always showed me and discussed their Jira roadmap. We had conversations on Slack. Throughout the project, there were several deadlines, and the project manager reviewed our progress each week regarding making the upcoming date.

Resolventa joined our custom inventory management / WMS project after two years of development. We wanted to expand our team and improve our software processes, particularly in automated testing, code quality, and extensibility. 
Resolventa quickly adapted to our existing codebase and tools, seamlessly integrating with our team. Their impact was immediate, with a noticeable reduction in critical bugs and reliable feature implementation. They also introduced valuable best practices, like task decomposition and dependency management, significantly reducing rework.
Now in our third year of collaboration, the platform is stable and robust and boasts a rich set of features that function flawlessly. The team at Resolventa consistently goes above and beyond, and their expertise and professionalism have been instrumental in the project's success.

Resolventa has developed the product in a good time. They keep a technical depth to a reasonable level, and they achieve progress quickly while working at a reasonable pace. We don’t have any metrics on their performance. However, they’ve done a good job overall.

How did Resolventa perform from a project management standpoint?

Our overall communication has been quite good and easy.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Resolventa’s team is proactive at giving recommendations to solve the issues that arise — that’s why we’ve continued to work with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It’s hard to pinpoint particular areas where Resolventa could improve on. There has been room for improvement all over the project, but always about minor issues and not important things.

To get the most out of your engagement with Resolventa, communication is always important. You can’t be productive without it. Communication always makes projects easier.

Yes, projects are delivered on time most of the time, those took longer were either due to poor specifications, hidden complexities, or old tech debt they inherited from previous teams.
