We contacted Requestum to help us with app development as all our relevant developers were allocated to other projects then. Therefore, we needed someone with solid Android expertise to help with app development.

We were looking for real talented developers. The main factor was a combination of excellent soft skills, seniority in the leading technology, and the price.

We had a complicated interviewing process that included a lot of tech stages and took time. After that, we started working directly with their consultant on the tasks.

We are happy with the services provided and are continuing our cooperation. During that time, Requestum and we have a lot of outside challenges, and now I can say that we've successfully overcome them. The consultant who works with us is super responsible and proficient.

It was a great pleasure working with Requestum. All processes were done on time and at every single step, we were getting feedback from the team.

As we mentioned before they had a team of experts who respond to all our questions and guide us during the whole project. We mostly had a conversation over Telegram messenger.

The team we work with was very understanding and supportive. They consistently identify solutions to our issues.

Just keep up the good work. Thank you for your collaboration, we hope that it was not the last contract that we work with.

The accuracy of the program is quite impressive, over 97%.

We had weekly meetings via Skype, and the log will be stored on Jira.

Requestum was very professional, they are willing to take an extra step to help reduce the cost of the project. Also think of how to make everything more efficient.

I think everything is great.

We are a company that helps cannabis dispensaries manage their customer list and market to their patients using sms and automated sms. i am a product development manager that creates and conceptualizes new product offerings for our platform.

We hired Requestum to build us an iOS application with a beautiful interface to collect customer information and enroll them into the sms marketing program.

Create a dynamic iOS application for our springbig users to use.

The application is an enrollment based application that takes a retailers customer through a step by step process, asking the customer for information to contact them with special deals and offers. They did an outstanding job developing a fully customizable sign up interface.

What was the team composition?

The team had one dedicated developer with a QA team and a business manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The app was released, and 15 minutes later, 10 of our clients were already in the app, customizing their sign up interface.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We communicated via email and it was really effective.

Their communication and turn around time was impeccable

I spent almost 40 hours fixing the work they did and missed the deadline I had promised the client.

Thanks for your feedback. 

We’re always willing to accept a well-reasoned review, however, we tend to disagree with your evaluation since you didn’t describe the project and commitments in full.

I’d like to stress that we started on Tuesday (Sept 17th) with a deadline of Friday (Sept 20th). Each day we were in touch, providing intermediate results and processing feedback.

On Thursday (one day before the deadline), you kindly provided positive feedback about our work and left some additional comments. We worked on Friday on those fixes and delivered the final result at 8:30 am Pacific time so that we’ve met the commitment. 

Suddenly, you became rude and started to accuse us of unfair work without pointing out what exactly was wrong. We honestly tried to resolve the situation and address your disappointment. However, after some back and forth, you refused to pay us for the work.

I may agree that we didn’t provide top-quality service in this particular, but, at the end of the day, we delivered on time. And, to our understanding, we completed the work. So we believe that we should be paid for the time we spent on the project. 

Finally, I’d like to emphasize that we spent 20 hours on the project, and you were satisfied with the design except for small comments and adjustments. I’m confused about how you became frustrated with our work.

We’re sorry that we didn’t deliver up to your expectations, however, we can’t accept your review as honest and reasonable.
