The Reputation MD was hired to improve our BBB rating. Worked with former clients to bring resolution to aged reviews. Also worked with all new client reviews to bring to resolution.

Reestablished a strong working relationship with the BBB. The Reputation MD helped establish Gold Standard Auctions as a committed partner to the BBB, and helped have our account moved to inreview with the local BBB. They have helped us build a positive customer rating with the BBB.

Todd Lewis worked closely and diligently with Gold Standard Auctions to help project manage our BBB partnership. He worked to establish clear and concise goals pertaining to our customer success strategy, and how it aligned with our goals to improve our BBB rating. He was an advocate for both Gold Standard Auctions and the client, helping both parties with any long standing issues.

Todd made the process as simple s possible, he communicated as necessary, and frankly delivered a world class service to Gold Standard Auctions.

I was having trouble with online reputation. Some unhappy customers (which we don't have many of) speak the loudest, and I needed to find a way to help spread the word about all of the very happy customers we do have.
