I hired RemoteSkills to help build the new version of our platform that showcases and categorizes Bitcoin-native tools, apps, and services. The scope of work included full-stack development, database structuring using Supabase and NEON, frontend redesign, performance optimization, and mobile responsiveness.

Key deliverables included:

• A complete rebuild of the platform’s frontend with modern, responsive UI/UX
• Backend integration using Supabase for real-time and scalable data handling
• Admin dashboard for tool submission review and content management
• Search, filtering, and categorization functionality for over 100+ Bitcoin tools
• SEO enhancements and performance tuning for faster page load times
• Ongoing support and implementation of new features based on user feedback

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered several tangible results that directly contributed to the launch of our platform:

• A fully restructured GitHub repo and Supabase database were implemented, providing a clean, scalable, and version-controlled foundation for future development.
• Page load times improved by over 60%, significantly enhancing the user experience and performance across devices.
• Proper sitemap generation and indexing were established, leading to improved visibility in search engines and faster indexing of new tool listings.
• The custom admin dashboard now functions seamlessly, allowing us to easily add, edit, and manage tool listings without needing engineering support—saving both time and resources.

These outcomes helped us lay the technical groundwork for long-term growth while also streamlining daily operations.

The team demonstrated excellent project management throughout the entire engagement. They organized the work in clear sprints, shared daily updates, and kept communication consistent via email and GitHub. Tasks were well-documented, timelines were clearly communicated, and deliverables were consistently met—or completed ahead of schedule.

They were highly responsive to feedback and quick to adapt when priorities shifted. Whether it was a last-minute change to the database structure or adjustments to the admin dashboard functionality, they handled requests with professionalism and speed.

We hired Remote Skills to convert our website from React to Next.js.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Remote Skills has converted our website to Next.js. They’ve also done some advanced SEO work and looked at the analytics implemented on the website to ensure that it works. The team has also done some refactoring and code cleanup.

I'm not sure how many teammates are assigned to the project.

The conversion to Next.js and the SEO work has been successful. We’re in the process of working on the analytics, which I assume will also be successful.
