Blank Canvas operates in the luxury gifting sector. I am the CEO at the firm where I look after all the operations. It is a start-up where all the sections of the business are looked after me.

For what projects/services did your company hire Reman Technologies, and what were your goals?

We hired Reman technologies for developing and designing our website. Our goal is to create an e-commerce website allowing an easy access for consumers to come visit the website and buy our products with convenience.

Blank canvas had put up a post on Linked looking for a suitable website developer where Reman Technologies was one of the firms who approached us. We selected the firm, as it offered several benefits as a start-up to Blank Canvas and their portfolio is one of the highest quality work when compared to others.

We had several meetings from time to time to keep things updated.

I was directly in contact with the CEO of company who used to keep me updated and schedule time to time meeting for better delivery of the website.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They were amazing! They met all my needs and overall it was an easy-going process.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Their communications tools include ToDoist, Whatsapp , email and a common mail id making it easier and faster for both the parties.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The daily time to time updates and constantly keeping in touch about what is going, if its on the right path and if there are any changes required.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing as of yet, as everything is running very smoothly.

I am the Project Coordinator for Hifield-AG, an agrochemicals manufacturer based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra

We wanted to develop a Shopify based store for our dealers. We have a B2B Model and we had been operating on paper and calls since a while. The goal with the app was to go paperless and generate business with minimum communication.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was communicating with Jaky for the project. He could very well understand the intricate requirements that were unique to this app and acted very smoothly. He was always up for challenges and often went above and beyond so that the specifics of the project are addressed thoroughly.

Over 250+ products had to be uploaded on a shopify store that was to be made from scratch. This was a bulk sale store and the descriptions and pricing was a challenge. The final deliverables were an application, website. Shopify was used majorly, but there were also some unique features which were facilitated by coding separately.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I interacted directly with Jaky. He took care of end-to-end development. Graphic Designers and Content writers were also a part of the work processes.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I am thoroughly happy with how the website and application looks! The unique deliverables are done, and I have a system in place to independently manage my store post development.

Reman was very systematic with their timelines. Work was consistent and of good quality. They were very proactive as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The proactiveness. Jaky was very interested in sticking to timelines and producing consistent work. His communication skills and overall energy also made the whole process very smooth.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Graphic Designing team can maybe improvise their methods a bit, but overall great work!

I’m the marketing manager at MSquare Media.

What challenge were you trying to address with Reman Technologies?

We needed help with a mobile app development project.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Reman Technologies helped us develop a family engagement app on Android. They handled all aspects of app development — they decided which tools they would use and what platform they would develop the app on. Additionally, they helped us finalize the app’s features, priorities, and UI/UX design. 

We approached them with our idea for the app. We gave them our MVP roadmap, but they came back with a better strategy in developing the application. We had 3–5 meetings throughout the project. We had a four-month timeline, but they delivered in just three months.

Reman Technologies had promised to help us if we needed any changes in the app. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with a team of 15 people, consisting of software developers and business development managers. We also had a meeting with their CEO.

How did you come to work with Reman Technologies?

We found them through a Google search. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $9,500. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement lasted from January–March 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The app is not yet available in the market, and we’ve yet to launch by November 2021. Unfortunately, I can’t provide any feedback about their work’s impact. 

How did Reman Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Reman Technology was excellent at creating and keeping up with timeframes and budgets. Further, the quality of their work was more than satisfactory. We’d been happy with their cost estimation, delivery time, and after-sales support.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Reman Technologies had a great team of software developers who delivered on time and within budget. In addition, they were great at building healthy relationships with their client.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of any. They provided us with better ideas than what we could think of; they were good at improving our ideas.
