The findings were eye-opening. Users weren't confused by the AI — they were confused by how to tell the AI what to do. The configuration language was too technical, and the dashboard gave no clear sense of what to do next after logging in. Information Architecture & User Flow Redesign (Weeks 4–6) They rebuilt our entire information architecture from scratch. This meant mapping out every user journey — from first sign-up to active campaign management — and identifying where friction lived. They produced detailed user flow diagrams that our engineering team used as a north star for the next build cycle. UI Redesign of Core Platform (Weeks 7–14) This was the heart of the project.
