Our experience was extremely positive. That said, the recommendations themselves were comprehensive and actionable. After the kickoff, they conducted stakeholder interviews. In the months after that, they conducted interviews with different companies and users. They then collected this data to design the UI & UX that suited the end users, and went onwards with development.

It was very efficient and specialized Project Management tools like Jira, Giithub, and Project Wikis were used to ensure complete transparency as well as on time and on budget delivery.

They were extremely patient when it came to understanding our demands and requirements, and were quick when it came to learning how we operated and how we wanted things done. Everything we wanted (and more) was done without a fuss and the end results were far better than we were expecting.

It gave our product and engineering teams a much stronger foundation for future development and reduced design inconsistencies that had accumulated over time. The project also provided us with a much deeper understanding of our users' motivations and behavior, which continues to influence product decisions today.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was one of the strongest aspects of the engagement. The team established a clear timeline from the beginning and maintained excellent communication throughout the project. We had weekly progress meetings, shared documentation, and regular design reviews that kept everyone aligned. 
Deliverables were consistently provided when expected, and whenever new requirements emerged, they were proactive in discussing tradeoffs and proposing practical solutions. Rather than simply accepting every request, they often asked thoughtful questions that helped us prioritize what would create the most value for our users. 
There were multiple situations where our internal team introduced new feature ideas midway through the project. Reloadux adapted quickly, incorporated feedback efficiently, and helped us evaluate how those additions would affect the overall user experience.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was their ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution. Many design agencies are strong visually but lack product understanding. Reloadux consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of business goals, user psychology, and product strategy. They didn't just make screens look better—they helped us think more critically about the problems we were trying to solve. 
Their research process was particularly impressive. During workshops and user analysis sessions, they uncovered insights that our internal team had overlooked despite being close to the product for years. We also appreciated how collaborative they were. It genuinely felt like an extension of our own product team rather than an external vendor relationship.

Are there any areas for improvement or something reloadux could have done differently?

Overall, we were very satisfied with the engagement. If there is one area for improvement, it would be expanding the amount of implementation guidance available for engineering teams during handoff. While the documentation was thorough, additional technical walkthrough sessions could have accelerated some aspects of development. 
That said, whenever questions arose, the team remained accessible and responsive, so this was a relatively minor consideration compared to the overall value they delivered. We would absolutely work with Reloadux again and would recommend them to other SaaS, fintech, and product-focused companies looking to improve both user experience and business outcomes.
