We consulted with partner companies and heard very positive things about ReloadUX, so we went ahead with them. I’m glad we did.

They provided us with end to end UI/UX services; they conducted User Research, Designed User Interface and experience, and Conducted Usability Testing and UX audit. This was done for both our mobile and web presence.

There were 5 team members including one Project Manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to the work we did with Reload, we were able to reinvigorate our online presence. Our visitors and clients reported a much more pleasant experience and we were very happy with the results.

Simply put, it was seamless. We were always kept well informed, and well up to date on the status of the work. The project was delivered on time.
