We shared with the team at ReloadUX our requirements and fat marker sketches, added them to our internal project management software, and established a weekly cadence for calls and reviews. We were able to get started pretty quickly and start getting the first wireframes in few days.

Our requirements were pretty straightforward, so we worked with one designer from ReloadUX on the project.

The outcome of the project was successful. We are using the Figma wireframes delivered by ReloadUX to implement the feature into the main product.

The first stage was a kickoff involving internal stakeholders. We had a 5-day workshop where we tried to understand the challenges around the UX and potential challenges. We also collected customers and companies that we wanted to be part of this user research project.

After the kickoff, they conducted stakeholder interviews. In the months after that, they conducted interviews with different companies and users. They then collected this data to design the UI & UX that suited the end users, and went onwards with development.

There were 6 members in the kickoff team including business analysts and researchers. The development and design team consisted of 4 people.

The new design was met with unanimous applaud be it customers or internal stakeholders. Our page speeds also improved drastically.

It was very efficient and specialized Project Management tools like Jira, Giithub, and Project Wikis were used to ensure complete transparency as well as on time and on budget delivery.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were extremely patient when it came to understanding our demands and requirements, and were quick when it came to learning how we operated and how we wanted things done. Everything we wanted (and more) was done without a fuss and the end results were far better than we were expecting.

They were exceptional throughout the 4 months of our engagement. We are very pleased to have worked with them.
